Every thing about this transaction on the mobile app AND THE EMPLOYEES are garbage!!!! By far my worst experience ever here. Day (lunchtime) folks are great. My order has always been on point and fresh. Night crew…….get rid of them all!!!!!!! I could only eat the fries. Shrimp hard as a rock and a cold piece of toast. Screw the nighttime management letting your employees serve non edible food. What’s your health department score? Let’s get that checked again…

If I could give a negative 10 review, I would. I have never in my life experienced what I did tonight waiting for food that I ordered at 11:17PM. I drove 15 minutes out to pick up two mobile orders. I received my order only to have to prove that the order that was handed to me was incorrect. It was missing a chicken sandwich. It turned out to be a Door Dash order with my name. So they gave my food to someone else and handed me his. We were told to pull up to the door and waited more than 20 minutes for nothing. I get home and see that my 6 piece lemon pepper fingers are not in the tray. It’s a tray full of cold fries. They literally tried to tell me that the order was correct until they realized they gave my order to the wrong person. Maybe if they weren’t blasting music, singing, dancing, and standing around, they would’ve given the correct order and paid attention to detail. Totally unacceptable in every way! The only thing that’s hot is the filet on my chicken sandwich. I’m guessing that’s what we pulled up for. I’ve only been to this location once before, and I had trouble then as well, but I let it slide. Not this time. They have to do better! They closed the tray KNOWING the order was still incorrect and missing items. These young kids stand around trying to leave early. It’s just ridiculous!

Usual I don’t have anything to say about this store but today at 12:30p.m I place an online order simple loaded fry got my order and it looked like it was thrown in the box little to no toppings just fries that look like they was cooked at opening time im guess I was introduced to a lazy shift I definitely have gotten better quality food even at almost closing time

I ordered the Chicken finger plate and a basket of toast. Chicken was cold and not fresh must have been sitting past the hold times. Bread was soggy and not fresh as well. The coleslaw was not cold also didn’t taste fresh. Fries were also cold.

My last visit. It was a terrible experience. I realized I needed something for my order but when I stepped in to get the manager’s attention, she told me I had to get all the way in the back of the line after I had already waited 20 minutes. Ridiculous. I will never go back unless it’s for someone else. It used to be a great place

This location seems to have an awesome manager too. He was helping everyone, staff and customers. I don’t know his name but he wears the scarf on his head.

I am a big fan of this franchise and really like this location, as it is very close to other services that I use in the area. The staff are always very friendly, the quality of food is fantastic and the place is always really clean. I highly recommend that you stop in here to eat. During my most recent visit, Amiya (pronounce Ah-my-ah) was super nice and special thanks to the manager, Sierra, for allowing me to take these pictures. Thank you!

Was trying to pick a doordash up, and the night crew were super rude to me. someone stole a order and when i had asked them abt remaking it because the customer asked me to tell them to, they were super rude. argued with them at the window because they wanted to be rude and clearly not check if the person actually has that order or not. Worst place i’ve ever been to, women with red curvy hair.
