Good food and drink have a way of bringing a person back to life! Joe understands this better than anyone, so he developed his menu with only two key concepts in mind: authenticity and flavor. The result is a menu that blends traditional Mexican street vendor favorites with the requisite American dishes we all love. Savory tortas, stuffed sopaipillas, smothered burros and traditional tacos are served alongside wood-fired fajitas, steaks and burgers, all complimented by homemade tortilla chips, in-house roasted green chiles and freshly made salsas and guacamole.

Good ambiance, service was awesome the buy one get one free specials is a great deal and honestly what brought us in. The water is good because it’s bottled and I really didn’t mund at all…. it was the ice I was worried about but I was happy when I saw it was clear! That means maintained filtered water! When you can see the straw clear through the glass…. that’s what I look for! Good job Cabo Joe’s.

Tacos are a bit pricey. 1 for $4.25, but the flavors were there. The portion was decent. Tiffany was amazing. She has catered to me a few times and she is always really pleasant. She is very consistent and always had a smile. I never went without. Definitely enjoyed taco Thursday. Will be back.

Asked for hatch green chile on the side & this is the monstrosity Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich they brought out. The so-called male Manager was bothered and not empathetic whatsoever when we complained about it. The poor customer service waitress also did not apologize for the sandwich and blamed the cook. She was bothered since the start that we asked to wipe down the table. Not returning here again. Horrible spot.

We had a fantastic experience at Cabo Joe’s. Our bartender, Drea, provided outstanding service, prepared a delicious burrito los pollos, and even treated us to a round of shots. Her friendly personality and excellent customer service truly stood out. We look forward to returning !

It was fun. Looking for a good spot to eat, I noticed an outdoor patio as we were driving by Cabo Joe’s. The established is cool and most definitely tailored for the young, single, bachelor man, (or woman) looking for a good time.
It’s a sports bar with the male in mind. The place has a TV in every direction, 2 or 3 island bars, and plenty of sitting room for everyone. Some other things I noticed was an arcade room? Maybe not, but for sure there was a Boxing game of sorts, a great outdoor patio, (also plenty of seats) and even a “kids area”? Maybe not, but it was somewhat separated from the main area.
The service not so great, to be fair, we ended up there on a Pay-Per-View fight night, so the place was packed. The beer was cold, the food was good, (took a minute) and place was jumping. The one thing that was missing was the MUSIC. How can the bar not be playing any music? That’s just weird. Again, to be fair, everyone was glued to the fight on the TVs, but can’t we do both? It felt strange, like if we were all in one giant living room, so mind your manners. I did notice a big, bright, beaconing jukebox (Are we still calling them that?) but I dared NOT. I wasn’t sure that was such a good idea. What do you think? I didn’t know if it would be politically correct, so I didn’t.

Stopped in after a long day of driving. Stayed at hotel nearby. The music is loud , makes it hard to have a conversation with the people you are with.
Modelo draft was empty. Had to get a can.
Food: not good at all, wife had beef tacos was very over cooked. I had the pork also very over cooked. Tried the fried chicken taco just to see what it was like. Weird just about sums it up.
I could see hanging out with buddy’s for beers after work, but not a place to eat dinner.

Was just at this establishment on a Saturday night not really busy with plenty available staff and was completely ignored by all of them. No one tended to us for over 10 mins and eventually we walked out. We had an empty cup with us that we left on the table when leaving (if no one was gonna even look our way I saw it fit that they could at least do us a favor of throwing it) and we hadn’t even made it a few feet from the table before two waitresses that had been in the area we were sitting in, wiping tables, walked past us to immediately pick it up and wipe down the table. I took that as a sign they were aware we were there and just chose to not interact. Was our first time there and by that experience we will not be back.

What a chill and welcoming place. On a Saturday afternoon we were welcomed and with our dog we had great people to talk to including our server, Claudia, who was attentive but not overbearing. She provided us with everything we needed perfectly. The food was great and the drinks were pouring. I love this place and the people.

Came here before while on a business trip driving through El Paso last year. The food was so good we made it a point to return . Unfortunately it was not the same experience. The meat used was not the same quality , most likely a cheaper cut of meat. It was tough not tender . The delicious fries last time were not great this time . Our server was great and very attentive. I will probably not stop by again.
