Absolutely TERRIBLE!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!! I sat through the whole drive through line. To get doritos locos tacos. THIS IS WHAT THEY HANDED ME AFTER I SAT IN THAT LINE FOR 15 MINUTES!! AND SAID THANK YOU HAVE A NICE DAY! So I went inside to tell them that I would like my tacos remade, and they told me that they had run out of lettuce and that they could not remake my tacos, but they would put sour cream and tomatoes on it. If I wanted. And I said, absolutely not. I would like a refund. The manager said, i’m so sorry, we’re are out of lettuce, and I said, well, I sat through that whole drive through line, and no one said a single thing. So I would like my refund now. Refunded and I left. Never, ever coming here again.

First of all they were full staffed and still going slow as possible and tell me why I get a bean and cheese burrito that has onions in it I got this burrito before no onions this time for some reason it has onions crazy and the lady at the call box kept saying huh I told her no tomatoes on my nachos why is there tomatoes on it. They need better management the McDonalds across the street street does better waste of money here

Almost every time I visit, something goes wrong. I usually end up waiting 20–30 minutes only to receive cold food. I also have a severe tomato allergy, which I clearly state with every order, yet on three separate occasions my meal has been prepared incorrectly. This has forced me either to throw away food I paid for or wait an additional 20 minutes for it to be remade.
To make matters worse, each time I’m there, one or more staff members—and sometimes the entire team—are outside smoking instead of attending to customers.

I come here pretty frequently, however this time I want to grab my food out of my bag as I normally would and it’s completely filled always in my bag. I asked for light lettuce and extra spicy ranch I received no ranch and extra lettuce. Previously they have left out who burritos out of my order but When I called the store they offered absolutely nothing but to come back to the store and re-buy the burritos I had not received but already bought. I’ve found hair in food which is gross, and I have received cold food. I’ve been eating here for 4 years and love Taco Bell however all of these have happened in the past 3 months

Not really “fast food” if it takes over 40 minutes to have it ready. I don’t really like writing reviews like this but it is necessary for people to know what is going on here. Then when I call to ask what is going on I get the “what was your order?”, “we are working as fast as we can”. Yeah I can push out a ton of orders in 40 minutes so that doesn’t work as an answer its just an excuse of bad management at this juncture. Hopefully we ready these comments from folks because there is a problem!

I picked up my order on the way to $5 movie night. I was so excited to see that Mexican Pizza was back and thought to myself that it could be a perfect night. Sitting alone in the movie theater parking lot, I opened my Mexican Pizza to an image of culinary perfection. Savoring each bite, I sipped my Baja Blast that was a burn of flavor balanced just right between carbonation and syrup. I opened my burrito and asked if the universe could be so kind as to get it right this time. The tortilla was perfectly soft, not like those other times. Inside my burrito I found extra beans and red sauce so abundant that it dripped down my beard warming my heart. Thank you gods of Taco Bell! Completing my perfect Taco Bell meal, I put 4 airplane bottles of tequila in my pockets and went inside to see my Horror movie.

We spent $62. We had it delivered. It took almost two hours to get it. It was horrible. Not only cold, but horrible looking and several items were missing. Took 3 weeks to finally get a new order. We didn’t eat any of the food that was delivered. They never gave us money back. I won’t eat here again.

I’ve always been a fan of Taco Bell food for the but I like it even more now that they have kiosks in the lobby. I can make custom orders sub proteins out for others and they always come out right there’s never miscommunication. Plus if the lines long I can submit my order and pay right there and it goes straight to the kitchen. The food always comes out hot and they don’t skimp. The service is always been good everybody’s really friendly and happy to help. I’m grateful for that attitude so five stars for me y’all come on through!

Service at this location is typically poor and dine-in order delivery is terrible. New here…self ordering. On the bright side, food quality is consistent with with other stores in the chain. It’s reasonably affordable to feed a family.
