Used my points a got a quarter pounder with cheese..and paid for mac sauce and lettuce..dont get lettuce or mac sauce..plus the burger was still raw ..it was still red in the middle.. went with out lunch today

The staff seemed very inconsiderate of customers inside and appeared to prioritize the drive-through over those waiting at the counter. When I accidentally handed the cashier a receipt from a different date, she began questioning me in a way that felt more like an interrogation than a simple clarification. Once I realized my mistake and acknowledged it, the interaction still felt accusatory, as if I were trying to get free food. Overall, the experience was uncomfortable and disappointing. I won’t be returning.

came to dine in, i ordered on the kiosk because there was no one around at the counter. once i placed my order i waited around 25 minutes for my $6 meal deal. slowest mc donald’s i’ve ever been to. it’s supposed to be fast food, i waited as long as a normal sit down restaurant. the food was fine, nuggets tasted a little stale, i expected them to be pretty fresh since it took so long. they also brought the wrong order to me originally

I used the drive thru I ordered Mc Rib Sandwich and fries. I only drove 4 minutes to eat my lunch, when I opened the bag and grab my sandwich and fries the fries were stiff cold and the sandwich cold with very little sauce. They need to improve the food quality and keep food fresh and warm not to let it sit there hours and sell it to a customer! It’s disgusting!

I used the Drive Thru and ordered a Mc Griddle sausage sandwich no egg, and a senior coffee The attendant kept asking me if I want the meal I said “no”, Sausage Mc griddle and Senior coffee” When I was paying She charged me almost $11
I asked her why , She told: “me you order sausage meal” I said: ” no!” , I told you sausage Mc griddle and Senior coffee only! She had to process a refund and charged me for a senior coffee and sausage mc griddle. When I got to my office and opened the sandwich it had a folded yellow egg I did not ordered!
That was a very bad service, the attendant didn’t apologized or repeated my order and still gave me a bad order.
Is not the first time this place makes mistakes is on my way to work but I try not to go there.Terrible.

Have been here several times. The service varies, probably depending on the staff and management on duty. This time, I was disappointed with the staff, who seemed to be uninterested in serving customers. Probably an isolated case but his supervisor didn’t seem to be a good manager either.

I visited on a Sunday morning around 9:30 am and was pleased to find no line. The staff took my order promptly, and by the time I got to the window, my food was ready. I ordered the sausage McGriddle. While the McGriddle bread was a bit dry for my taste, the meal was still enjoyable overall.

I’ve been to many McDonald’s that are quick to service. As I was waiting for my order the employees were slow and rude to the customers. Also my chicken nuggets had black flakes which we assumed it’s from unchanged oil.
