Had hot wings, fries, celery, and a lemonade. Wings seemed like they were not fresh, possibly reheated. Server was nice and restaurant clean. Lots of sports on the many TVs.

This place absolutely sucks but it’s the only alright wing spot around. Every single time I order I carefully inform the staff that the kitchen is notorious for messing up my very simple food order. They always assure me they will personally ensure the quality and it is consistently terrible. If they don’t mess up the type of wing I ordered or the sauce they don’t toss the wings or coat them in seasoning properly.
Without fail, 100% of the seasoned wings ordered are missing seasoning 50% of every wing.
I’ve literally ordered the exact same very simple meal for years and they constantly suck. They need an intensive kitchen training seminar on how to actually coat chicken in seasoning on all sides and to toss them correctly as well. Half of all of my wings are completely flavorless.
I’m so disappointed and there is nothing I can do to make sure these people get it right just ONCE.

My son really wanted wings for Super Bowl Sunday and I was hesitant to travel here to pick them up. Well no worries no more. The readiness of the store was outstanding. When I walked in I was greeting by a staff with many options to choose from. I was escorted to the front register to pay and go over my ordered. It was then explained to head over to a certain with my receipt and that worker again went over my order and then someone brought it to me. Everything was in the order and then there was the table of condiments. What a smart and organized idea. Who ever came up with this idea please tip my hat to them. It had every sauce, utensils, napkins, wet naps and more. They gave you a bag and you grabbed what you needed and someone was always there stocking it up. This made the pick up so easy and I will gladly be back again!!! Again outstanding job. The wings smell great and my son is super happy with them. I highly recommend this location for lunch or dinner. Be back soon.

I was in with my friends the other day and the host Dean was very nice and welcoming. But while he was cleaning a table off for us, we noticed an older employee seemed to be having a kind of loud argument with one of her coworkers. It seemed a bit unprofessional to be doing that in front of customers. The server Matt was great and super helpful and the food was great otherwise.

Overall it’s your typical Chain restaurant. The service was good, they also allowed my French bulldog to sit on the patio. Fried pickles were hot, beer was cold. Got boneless wings, unfortunately they were barely warm when they came out. The fries were nice and hot. If the wings were hot, it would have been 4 stars.

Complete garbage wings. Complete garbage management. My father in law spent $30 of his hard earned money on 20 wings for take out. He got home and realized he was given the wrong bag. He has to go back to the restaurant to get the correct food. This time he gets home and counts the wings, and realizes he’s only got 17 wings. Thats the first issue. Not only that, but the wings he got are literally the smallest wings my family has ever seen in our entire lives! Literally ridiculously small, like so small thats it’s borderline ignorant to sell them to good paying customers. They’re insanely over cooked.. totally inedible. Most of them are as hard as a rock. Its like they were fried 4 times. They’re the smallest wings we’ve ever seen! I travel all over the country personally, and I’ve ate B dubs in so many different states. I have never in all my years been served wings this tiny. Theyre literally just all bone.. Between them being the smallest wings we’ve ever seen, to them being so over cooked you can break a tooth trying to eat one, I can confidently say these are the worst wings ever. Management is completely ignorant. We call to express our frustration and it’s nothing but attitude. Manager states, “we can’t control the size of the wings.” HAHAHAHA As if the owner can’t buy jumbo wings etc.. Manager continually talked over us, and wouldn’t refund us the cash spent. Kept trying to push a gift card on us. The issue here folks is the owner is ripping the community off. This is not normal. These wings are not up to B dubs standards. I’ve never been served wings this small in my entire life. The owner needs to be a better person. $30 after tax almost for wings so small there’s more bone than chicken? That’s crazy. The management is just as ignorant. Never heard a sorry. Management just pretty much talked over us and then ended up hanging up on us. Never again. Go anywhere else to get wings. Dominos probably has bigger wings! I know little ceasers definitely has bigger wings than this! What a joke.

Typical BWW experience, but our waiter, Chazz, was AMAZING! Food came out quickly, and he checked on us every few minutes, and got our extra sauces, drinks, etc. quickly. Made this a great family outing for us!

So we stopped by this BWW location as we were headed to nearby shopping center. We came into and were just told to pick a table. We did get a table and it was clean and ready. We sat a few minutes before our drink orders were taken. The entire restaurant was extremely loud from the basketball game on tv , we know we went to a BWW but other tables were complaining of how loud it was as well. We asked if they could turn it down after our waitress had us repeat our order 2 times. They did lower the sound and we as others were thankful for that.
The food was what you’d expect from BWW but the Mac and cheese we ordered our daughter was not very appetizing and tasted horrible. My order was wrong but once we got our food we only saw our waitress one more time as she dropped off the check. We watched a waiter take shots of alcohol by his computer as well.
All in all we are a fan of BWW but this location was most Definitely not our fave by far.

Great wings.. must try their blazing sauce wings. Be careful if u can’t take hot food. Fries are not upto the mark. Inhouse beer is good and great value for money. The staff is friendly. The atmosphere is very lively here. I tried the Nashville hot chicken. It was a little salty but good.
