Unfortunately I must say that the food was terrible ☹️ and a waste of my time and money. The food was cold, hard vegetables, looked like it was day old. The mashed potatoes were so cold the butter ran away looking for a blanket to get warm. Their meatloaf is usually good NOT THIS TIME it was cold and dry. As for your drinks they were only half full (that’s with the ice) **see photos.
I stopped eating at Correl 1year ago because of these issues ~
UNFORTUNATELY EL CENTRO’S HAS NOT IMPROVED. The interior decorations are the same ones in the same place as over a year ago. But here is the meatloaf recipe.
The one in Yuma was really good. The food was good . The hot was hot and cold was cold and the staff was courteous and restaurant was clean and neat .

The employees are warm and friendly, and the atmosphere is very family oriented. The food is good and there is always something for everyone’s taste. I really like both the chicken noodle and the clam chowder. I suppose my only gripe with this location is that there always seems to be a new batch of clam chowder missing. Also in the several years of visiting the place there have been few changes in the food offerings, however, the place might be in need of a more significant overhaul. This location , and perhaps the brand in general, is in need of some urgent rejuvenation.

I like the food it’s good… I just think you should remodel or something, you need new restrooms. The place feels old. I’m pretty sure you guys clean and all, but like I said I really like the food, but I also feel uncomfortable eating. I don’t even feel comfortable going to the restroom because once again it just feels old.

Nice place where everyone can have what they want. Staff is helpful. They have many great options and something nice is that everything has a little label where it says how much calories it contains. The dessert bar is great but sometimes the fruit they put in there is old. One thing to have in mind, you need to change your plate everytime you get something else.

The server was good, but every other plate or silverware was dirty, dried up food on it, disgusting! Also, our table was not clean, I honestly had to leave, lost appetite immediately. Health department needs to do a random check here, this place didn’t use to be like this. They need to hire people who want to work, then maybe their dishes and tables will be clean. Do not recommend!

Not the cleanest and not the best stocked. Expensive, especially since some staff members act as if they buy the food out of their own paychecks. They really need to keep their pizza stocked for kids. Any other location I’ve been to has done that minimum. It’s common to see people withing around for the pizza or the meat section

One of my sons favorite places to go. Can be crowded at times. Wide variety of dishes to choose from. Attentive staff. Did find a few pieces of cutlery that were not exactly what I would call properly cleaned though.

Couldn’t understand why there wasn’t a line up at the door?! Then, having paid$38 for two senior dinners (with sodas)@, we discovered that the salad bar had limited variety, the vegetables we’re not hot, the dressings had been partially mixed because no one was cleaning the serving line, there were NO soup bowls, the desert line was messy, and the hot fudge and hot caramel dispensers were cold and wouldn’t dispense!!!
The only high point was an attentive waitress.

Same food as usual, but looked a bit worse for wear on some like things had sat out too long. My family likes going so we can sit as a large group & serve ourselves. The staff was great at filling drinks & bringing our cakes out that we brought.
