This place is so bad! The customer service is awful. The people aren’t nice and I’m so tired of being asked to wait in the pick up lane when I order from the drive thru. If I wanted to do that I would have ordered it that way. Stop making your customers get out of line to improve your drive thru times. As a customer I don’t care about your times. I’m in line in the order I showed up. I shouldn’t be asked to move until MY food comes out. Period!!!

DO NOT COME HERE!!!! WORST SERVICE EVER!! I started by going inside , I was helped but told my 4 digit code was “expired.” After disagreeing , and being confused as I just opened the app and clicked on earn points, and I was told the code doesn’t work and nothing can be done. I said this has never happened before, and the person helping me said sorry there’s nothing we can do. I was definitely upset, but my experience got WAY WORSE!!! after getting over my code not working and placing my order, I waited 20 MINUTES FOR MY FOOD!!!! ARE YOU SERIOUS?! That is not FAST food. After waiting 20 minutes for my food, I called corporate, who said “well look into it,” and never heard back. My experience at this McDonald’s was bad but the customer service made it worth leaving a 1 star review. Shut down this location.

Do not bother going inside to place an order, they don’t care about any customers unless you’re in their 10 minute drive through line. It took 15 minutes to place an order inside and another 10 minutes to get it. I’m inside for almost a half hour total for a measly sausage biscuit. Worst service I have ever had at McDonald’s. AVOID!

This place was packed. Very busy burgers were not hot. Fries were and not much ice in the soda it was warm. The front end was disorganized when taking orders and the women was rude. She was talking in her head set while taking my order wich made it very confusing then said I confused her. No no I dis not. Inside the restaurant was clean and nice. They do serve your table. Manager was nice. My daughter’s order was canceled on the app. Not sure why and he made it good. The wait was a bit long overall for food that was meh

Hair in food and alot of screwing g up orders. Look at the hair on the cheese. When we went back 2 other customers got the wrong food.. so this place rushes and don’t care.. the lady said WE ALL WEAR HAIR NETS, but they don’t, they have head bands on and bandanas.

Nice, usually clean, and food is generally standard but the service sucks. No one has ever stationed at the register. You have to order the kiosk and good luck getting assistance if you wanna order inside, if they’re busy you could be waiting for your food for up to 20 minutes just for it to be cold so just go through the drive-through even if the drive-through is really long going inside you might as well starve.

The food quality at this McDonald’s is great. Service can be slow at times but good most days. Plenty of tables and families seem to enjoy eating here when I was there to pickup my order. They don’t start working on your order until you click on the app “I am here” so you should do that about 5-10min before you arrive depending on how complicated and customized are the items you ordered

It is so rare that I have the opportunity to leave a 5 star review at a fast food place, but this time it was definitely warranted.
I went through the drive-thru and the line was about 5 cars deep. Dinner rush, to be expected.
However, we were through the line quickly and my order was pretty much all special order – fries: no salt, cooked extra; QP no cheese, extra pickle, extra onions. I’m pretty sure this was the first time it was perfect! The burger was made to order, and not only was there not a speck of salt on my fries, but they were cooked to perfection!
The staff was friendly too. Great job, all!

Took my money to order but when their system went down they told me to leave and that they can’t give me a refund, I mean it’s McDonalds so nobody was expecting a Michelin star but now they take your money and say get out no refunds ?
