Food is unexpectedly good and affordable. Portion is huge. It’s afternoon snack time so we ordered the chicken fingers and fries to share. Sadly we are unable to finish the plate. There are around 6-7 pieces of chicken fingers and tons of fries. We got the homey mustard sauce and buffalo sauce. The sauce is as good as the ones from Raising Cain.
Server Nancy is the sweetest lady ever.

Nice place for beer and food. Service was friendly and attentive.
Had a local Las Vegas that I enjoyed. For food, I had a Caesar salad with salmon. Dressing was requested on the side because I don’t like a lot of dressing. Overall, was very tasty .
Other food options that looked good: chili, burger, Mac and cheese.

I had a pleasant experience here. Make sure you take advantage of the $9.99 burger + fries special. It’s only available Monday through Thursday from 2 PM to 5 PM. They don’t advertise it in the restaurant and I was lucky to see a random poster on property, as well as the MGM website. Decent burger for the price and way better than you’ll find at the food court.

Had the street corn and cheeseburger, corn was ok but not authentic corn, but for a bar it was decent and flavor wasn’t bad. The cheeseburger was good and would order again.. fries were very good.
Beer was cold, and bartender Harro (might be misspelling) was attentive. We didn’t have much time so was a great on the run sit down meal.

I really wanted to like TAP at MGM—and to be fair, the service is excellent. The staff is welcoming, attentive, and the overall vibe of the place is energetic. But when it comes to the food, unfortunately, it just didn’t deliver. The burger was a letdown—it lacked flavor, and the meat didn’t taste fresh. The nachos were another miss: the meat was tough, and the cheese didn’t melt well or blend with the chips. Everything tasted rushed and forgettable.
This place is big and always busy, so it honestly felt like the kitchen was just mass-producing food without much care for quality. Nothing we ordered felt special or satisfying.
If you’re looking for good service, quick bites, and a loud sports bar atmosphere, TAP checks those boxes. But if you’re coming in for a memorable meal, you might want to explore other options at MGM.

If you’re looking for a 5-star upscale hoity-toity ritzy Las Vegas experience, this is not your place. But if you’re hungry and want a quick bite to reserve your dollars and time for the slots, shows or other pursuits the town has to offer, this is it. We stopped in after our flight to town and just wanted some quick eats that didn’t set us back the $$$$ that so many restaurants around here display (read that: boku bucks). We were pleasantly surprised! We had the chicken tacos (delish) and a Caesar salad (expected) with wine. The food and drinks came really fast (insert smiley face here) and the portions were large. But the delight was — major shout out here — KATT, our server. She was friendly, helpful and so personable! Table service (food deliverers and table clearers) were super friendly too. We ordered dessert to go, which was yummy later at the hotel but FYI the dessert portions are small. Good for us, but might be a disappointment to others and are not sharable size. All in all, this place is a 5-star *in its class.* It’s a good tap bar with good tap-bar eats and treats. Atmosphere is relaxing and fun with TVs everywhere and a large open kitchen. I’m really glad it’s available for the weary, hungry and thirsty casually-dressed travelers that we were. Now on to Viva Las Vegas!
