Brii at the Buffalo Wild Wings in Woodhaven is absolutely awesome. Hands down one of the best bartender/servers I’ve had. Excellent service, super attentive, and somehow knows exactly what you want before you even sit down. Friendly, fast, and makes the whole experience better every time. Amazing service!

I actually am surprisingly leaving this because I had a bad experience, but it was rectified so quickly and well that I had to come leave a positive review. The assistant GM messaged me directly in my email after the BWW team forwarded my issue. I’m extremely satisfied with the customer service, the staff there is always friendly and helpful as well. I’ll be giving it another go food wise very soon.

Enjoyable dining experience with the family. Great atmosphere, good service and about the what you would expect for food. Obviously, an amazing selection of wings and sauces, whether you need to scald your taste buds or add a bit of sweet to your palate. I found their hamburgers about on par with other trendy themed establishments – nothing that sets them apart, but still worth a return trip. A bit pricey if you’re bringing the family, so come prepared.

So Im making this review as one star under “service” because the online website is ridiculous. Took me 20 mins to figure out exactly what we wanted, and then when I went to pay it said “sorry online ordering is temporarily unavailable at this location”.
So what was $25 is now $38 because they for some reason cannot honor their online bundle deal anywhere else other than online. I could care less about the money, its the time. Fix your website and stop wasting peoples time!!!!
So they wasted 20+ minutes of my time which to me is worth one dollar per minute. Wont order here again until I am reimbursed $20 for my wasted time.
And look at the comment 2-3 comments below mine…someone else said the same exact thing as me TWO MONTHS AGO and then BDUBS acknowledged what they said and didn’t do a damn thing about it. What they are doing is ripping people off on purpose. Not a good look.

It wasnt that we had to seat ourselves .. it was because we waited 10 mins for our drinks and another 15 mins for a menu to even order, after the waitress finally walked over and ask if we knew what we wanted.. lol really

First and foremost, we are all truly apologetic to scaring our waitress. While ordering, my nephew started screaming he had a tick on him, which resulted him & our niece running outside. Our waitress, I don’t think she even flinched and continued taking our orders like nothing happened. Besides that fiasco, the food came out quick, good & hot, while our waitress continued to check on us. Overall our experience here was great, and again, we are so sorry about the insect-fear-induced-outburst from our nephew.

This place is awesome! The staff is very helpful! The fried pickles with the spicy ranch is the best ever! The wings, boneless or bone in are to die for! Thanks to the entire staff for all that you do!

What a great Buffalo Wild Wings.. it isn’t freezing in this location like at most.. the food is fantastic, and the employees are very nice… tv’s are everywhere with seating for plain view everywhere
