Stopped at the Freddy’s in El Dorado, KS. about mid way through an 800 mile drive to Texas from Iowa. Cannot say enough about the friendly staff, cleanliness, and yeah … excellent food. My wife and I both ordered the Double Bacon Cheeseburger meal with fries and soft drink. The place was packed on this Sunday afternoon, and our food was ready for us in a matter of minutes and was served piping hot.
As always, I like to make note of restroom cleanliness as I feel this is SO very important to travelers. This Freddy’s did not disappoinnt, and I hope management takes the time to congratulate the staff on this afternoon with due praise.

I love Freddy’s burgers and fries! I needed to try their new taco burger too. It comes as a single small smash burger taco. We opted for the regular fry sauce instead of the jalapeño fry sauce and it was delicious! We also had the California style smash burger which was of course delicious too

Went through through drive thru and got a combo meal. I saw on the app that they had a special for a pint of frozen yogurt for a special price. I asked that it be added to my order. She took my money and when I got my order she handed me the dessert. I promptly took off because I was in a hurry. Upon getting home I realized that I was given a single serving.

The ElDorado Freddy’s, in my opinion, is always a wonderful experience. My wife and I go there at least twice a month and I really like the warm atmosphere and hospitality show by all of the store employees. I posted my thoughts earlier, but my posts were erased by a well meaning and very helpful child. (Ahh, how cute.) Google would not allow me to leave a second review so I am editing this one. Today, 3/19/2022, I went through the drive thru to pick up late lunch for myself and my friend who is in a nursing home. He loves burgers with lots of onion. I placed my order and requested extra onion on his burger and told them I wanted an unrealistic amount of onions. When I arrived at the nursing home to visit my friend I opened the bag and nearly cried! I think what they did for him was wonderful. The note was sweet and they went above and beyond for a 92 year old man who was looking forward to a burger with lots of onion thank you staff at Freddy’s in Eldorado. We appreciate you!
