I understand some people are okay with a little pink in their burgers but this was TOO pink. It was pretty much raw for my liking. I spit it out the second I realized how raw it truly was. I thought maybe a little pink the first few bites, but then I started picking it part and it kept getting more and more pink!

Excellent!! Best quick service burger I’ve ever had! Walleye sandwich and Cod dinner were also great. Loved the crinkle fries and custard. We stayed across the street at Great Wolf for the weekend and ate at Culvers 3 times!

Got a double butter burger with cheese and bacon lettuce ketchup mayo and tomato. Everything tasted delicious per usual. BACON was FORGOTTEN. Overall experience is the same as usual just didn’t get the bacon this time. Fries fresh and when you dine the employee bring you your tray of food. A wide selection of soda and condiments.

I’m sure corporate doesn’t care about my opinion but others might. Im tired of people not doing their job correctly. We clearly ordered grilled chicken sandwich baskets. The lady rang it in wrong and brought out grilled cheese. Then she proceeded to blame us for her mistake and rudely tell us we need to come back up to the counter and pay more since she made the mistake. We didnt even get a receipt cause she never offered us one just paid whatever came up on the screen. This place is always dirty. It used to be nice but not anymore. This will probably be my last time eating here. Chick fil a is next door and their employees are actually nice and do their job correctly.

If I was in an area that had a Culver’s and I was with people who had not tried it before, I’d order again. The veggies were fresh but everything else was below average. 3/10

I have never eaten at a Culver’s before but the parking lot was slammed so we figured the food must be good. We decided to hit the drive-thru thinking it would be quicker…it was, but not by much.
So, I ordered the mushroom Swiss burger. It came out in such sad shape…pics at the bottom. All squished up and just looked sad. The paper surrounding it was oily and just a mess. I had to remove the paper and just wrap the flattened burger with a napkin. Definitely not off to a great start. Overall the flavor of the burger was good. It only had like 6 little mushrooms in it but I can see where it held promise if time/attention had been given to it.
Next up, sweet tea. Omg – I never in a million years thought I could drink a tea that would be sweeter than McDonald’s…but here it is! It was like taking a big gulp of simple sugar. I had to pour 1/4 of it out and mix some bottled water into it just to dilute it enough to drink. Someone needs to check that ratio of sugar to tea before they cause all their customers to become diabetics! Lol
The onion rings were great and served hot. The fries were cool with almost no salt on them. We tossed those out.
Well, there you have it. First experience at a Culver’s. I will say that for 2 full meals it was only $18 so the price is definitely a good value. Had the food been prepared a bit better, this would’ve been a home-run. That butter flavored bun is awesome! Seriously, who doesn’t love butter?!
I’ll probably give them a whirl again as we are traveling but maybe we will dine in so we can hopefully have a better experience.

I placed my order and they did not get it right. I asked for no tomatoes and they still put a huge thick slice of tomato! The chili cheese fries had no flavor and unfortunately my drink tasted like something weird, the only thing I can compare it to is soap. Anyway, not worth the money. There are better burger joints out there!

I am from Texas, in Ohio visiting my brother. I’d never had Culvers. It was amazing. We did not go inside, we chose to drive thru. We chose to look over their menu online before pulling into the drive thru as to not delay the drive thru line with our unfamiliarity with the menu. The drive thru was slightly different. We pulled up to the menu/speaker. The female on the other end was loud enough and the speaker was clear. We gave our order. She asked good questions and had precisely our order quickly. We pulled around to a window where we paid, got our drinks, and a number. We were directed to pull forward and to the right to a collection of parking spots where a “runner” brings food bags to your car, verifies your number and order and hands over you food. We drove home, about 30 minutes. I kept the bag closed and upon arriving at home our food was still hot. We ordered a double mushroom and Swiss with fries and an Unsweetened iced tea, and a single butter burger with cheese, fries and a lemonade. Both burgers were ordered as they usually are made. The burgers were excellent. Not to thick, not too thin, not greasy nor dry, the beef was tasty, the cheese was melted, the pickles, mushrooms, and onions were fresh and crisp. The bun was good, fresh, and tasty. The fries are now my favorite fast food fries. Crinkle cut fried to perfection, crisp on the outside, fluffy on the inside, not greasy, not over salted. They made the 30 ride home without going limp. Our drinks were normal fast food fare. Not over watered or odd tasting due to poor machine maintenance. Overall a very good experience. Ill be back.
