We are a cozy cafe serving fresh breakfast and lunch. On weekends we serve a brunch menu only. BYOB- we offer carafes of juice and homemade Bloody Mary mix. We serve breakfast all day and the menu includes unique dishes, along with the classics. Sandwiches, burgers, wraps, salads and more for lunch! Located in downtown Stroudsburg, across from The Sherman Theater.

Ellena and the rest of the staff was so sweet! Our kids love it here! The chicken salad sandwich was delicious. We love coming here! Great food every time! The Banana pancakes were delicious.

I eat here a few days a week. There are a whole bunch of vegetarian options, the staff are pleasant and on the incredibly rare occasion any mistakes have been made, they’ve been rectified immediately and pleasantly. It’s always clean and pleasant. Like anywhere else, it can get a bit crowded on the weekends/holidays, so I’d definitely prepare for that.

I found this place because of the great google reviews and the place is amazing. What a bubbly and lively place – full of locals chatting happily away. The dedicated staff make all the difference. They were so friendly and checked multiple times whether everything was alright. The poached eggs were really good and were still warm by the time my husband had finished his pancakes. I had the gluten free pancakes with banana and they were delicious! Apologies, I only remembered to take a pic once I had half eaten them. The photo doesn’t do it justice. They were delicious and reminded me of my wheat pancakes from back in the day.

Every time I visit my son, we make sure to have a delicious brunch at The Cure. This place is amazing! I just overheard the gentleman in the booth behind ours say that he just had the best breakfast of his life! The veggie options here are wonderful – I especially love the sweet potatoes, sourdough toast, and walnut sausage – who would have guessed?! I also loved my cappuccino and my hot chai tea (my son loved his dirty chai tea)!

The owners and staff are excellent representatives for the humans…let me explain that after spending all day in the hospital doing tests that we couldn’t eat since yesterday…we rushed here because the food is so good. They were just closing and I told Nicole our predicament, and she invited us in anyway and made us breakfast…after forced starvation it was exceptional….blessings and love to the management and staff for making our day…❤️❤️❤️
