Order 2 times today. Breakfast and lunch. Gravy biscuit was hard a rock. Could not cut it. Have complained about 3 times in last month about hardness of biscuits. Last time my job will order breakfast from there. Then for lunch my large fry was not even half full. Did not check it til i got home. Double cheeseburger was half on and half off the bun like it was thrown together by a blind person. When you address issues inside they get attitude and say stuff like yu couldnt fix it on burger if made wrong or get attitude like on biscuit like i made them.
Only time i recieve great service is when Amber B is there. She seems to actually care about the customers and quality of the food being served. I dont think we will go back for a long time and discoursging my co workers to do same. Too many options there to settle for stuff ypu cannot eat.

One of my least favorite ones. They don’t allow you to fix your own drink, so good luck getting mixes of sweet and unsweetened tea right. I can easily see this triggering someone with autism. Asking for something custom, you are made to feel like it requires an act of Congress.

We stopped here twice within a 3 day period. Each time we had a significant wait. Our order was nothing out of the ordinary, cheeseburgers and fries. The staff wasn’t overly concerned, never a “sorry for your wait”, “we appreciate your patience”….nothing. When the food arrived at the car, “Here’s your food”.

I had bought $15 in Boo Books to Feed the Homeless and Help People in Need. The Cashier Claimed we Don’t Accept them anymore. I asked could I get the Money I spent on them, she Shruggede off saying No. I am not Upset though. Went to McDonald’s Down the Road and the Cashier and Workers was Nice and Redeemed every one of them.

Terrible experience today. An employee named McKayla brought out my order and said, “Are you the big order?” even though several people were waiting. A simple confirmation of items would’ve made more sense.
On top of that, they forgot my nuggets again—the 4th time in a row. When I went inside to get the missing item, McKayla was talking about me behind the counter, saying things like, “How does she not know what she got?” Another employee even said her name to warn her I was right there, and she STILL kept talking.
When she finally saw me, she tried to justify it instead of apologizing. The shift manager’s response wasn’t any better.
Absolutely unprofessional, disrespectful behavior. No customer should be talked about like that. This location seriously needs to retrain or replace staff. I won’t be returning.

I always get a gallon of sweet tea and I always have to wait 5-10 minutes for it. I wish it were different. I can tell you that it’s one of the best McDonald’s around. The employee’s work hard and do their best and you admire them because of it!

This is by far the cleanest and most orderly McDonalds I’ve ever visited. The place was immaculate and there war a worker mopping the walls when I was there. Staff were fast and friendly. It looked like upper management was there so maybe that’s why, but I thoroughly enjoyed my experience.

It was the only place open at 5 for breakfast on Sunday, so I rolled the dice. Next time I’ll drive to Lynchburg for biscuitville. The biscuit was dry and falling apart and there was barely anything on it.
