Pretty bad experience, even for a fast food spot. Dirtiest McDonald’s I’ve been in. Napkins and garbage on the floor. Both garbages were absolutely overflowing (see picture). Just icky feeling. They also have a weird system with unlocking the bathrooms? You ring a doorbell and the staff front the front counter yell “BATHROOM OPEN” when they unlock it. Bathrooms also generally dirty. I left feeling overstimulated and dirty. Also they charged me for a single pack of mayo-style sauce? Never seen that before at a McDonald’s. Food was meh.

Service was very poor and pathetic. It was online order to be picked up in drive thru. It took way too long for the service person to even acknowledge and get the order. Haven’t experienced this in other McDonald’s. Mgmt should look into training the members properly.

You get what you expect when you come to McDonald’s, and our food was good. They forgot one of our burgers and had to park to grab it, but no worries at all as we were on vacation. The staff were great and already knew that they had forgotten one bag of our food but the burger was ready for us when we went in. I worked there as a kid for 3 years, and I understand small mistakes. We will be back next camping trip.

Food was awful – even for McDonald’s standards. Neither fry was full and they were old and cold.
Had a guy hanging out in the lobby playing a guitar so loudly I couldn’t even hear the person I was sitting with. Manager on duty didn’t seem to care.
Worst McDonald’s by far I’ve ever been to. Try the subway across the road. Much better service and always clean.

As I walked into the Bancroft McDonald‘s tonight I noticed all the outside garbages were overflowing to the point that they wouldn’t close. I was going to flag this to staff but decided to use the washroom first. In there I realized that cleanliness was not a high priority for this location. The bathrooms were gross. One of the two hand dryers didn’t work and the thick layer of dust on them both suggested this washroom has been neglected for weeks. The most shocking part was the lack of a door lock on the wheel chair stall. The only thing good I can say is that my burger was yummy and hot.

I’m convinced that every time I go to this McDonalds I’m being punked. There’s no way they can be this bad. Forgotten items, long wait times, burger toppings in the outside of the bun, wrong substitutions, wasted ppl sitting around. The main reason people go to McDonald’s is for reliability and speed. This place has neither.

Bad experience at McDonald’s. The fries were cold, and the Habanero Chicken Burger was dry and tasteless. We were a group of 7 people, and everyone was equally disappointed. For the $90 we paid, the food was a total disaster. Definitely not worth the money.

If you do drive thru at this location, always check your order before driving off. They ALWAYS mess up your order. And not even in some minor way.. we ordered nuggets/McChickens and got 2 double Big Macs instead
