If you like crispy Bo-seasoned chicken then this is the location for you! I have family in North Charlotte, NC that will drive the 30 minutes to come to this Bojangles to get this chicken! They have said many times that this location has the best Chicken in the Charlotte area. It is conveniently located right off the I-85 highway exit 14. The staff is usually very nice. I do often have to pull forward to have my order brought out to me, but that usually means my chicken will be fresh out of the fryer! Yummy! For me personally, the biscuits aren’t consistently good. Usually over cooked. I am not a fan of hard biscuits. The fries are usually hot and crisp and seasoned perfectly. My favorite sides are pintos and coleslaw or fries. The last few times I’ve had their dirty rice I did NOT like it. I’m used to Bojangles dry dirty rice not soupy rice but that’s my opinion. This location also keeps a steady flow of customers. They also tend to run out of items by the end of the day. For instance our last visit two days ago around 6pm we were greeted at the speaker with “Welcome to Bojangles we don’t got no fries”. All in all I love this location the best ❤️. I hope you come to love it too.

Service was absolutely horrible. I never got my change. They had no clue how to redeem a gift card. The manager just held up the wall while she was on her phone. But then we were going to eat in but there wasn’t a clean table anywhere. Plus there were several homeless in the corner using the plug in the charge. I won’t ever go back to this location.

I really hate complaining, but sometimes you just have to. I was very disappointed today. It seems like the chickens pieces have gotten smaller. I think I had bigger pieces from our pigeons back on the farm. A leg and a thigh usually fill me up.Not this time. While I was waiting for my order.Two people walked back inside with bags that they got from the drive through with wrong orders. The restroom was the dirtiest one i’ve seen in any bojangles I’ve visited before. The best thing I can say about this place was it was close to the off.Ramp and on ramp. I should have taken photos.Sorry I didn’t.

Do not eat here Aug 25 I purchased a 8 piece family meal and got trash. My fries wear greasy and biscuit was flat crumble. I ask for my money back and manger tells me to bring food back. At the time I would need to spend 10 in gas to come back to get money back. Hold these restaurants accountable for there service. They saw the same food as me and still handed out the drive thru window.

Not one to complain about food, but keep an eye on your fry oil, I could smell the burnt oil on the chicken when I opened the box, I was looking forward to golden brown, crispy delicious fried chicken instead breading is dark, saturated and bitter from old oil…. Fried chicken, it’s what ya do .

I went through the drive-thru today ordered two barbecue sandwiches one for myself and one for elderly neighbor.. there was absolutely no barbecue on this sandwich I’m going to post a picture so that you know I’m telling you the truth. This is pathetic! and needs to be corrected. If you’re running short on barbecue stop selling it. Both me and my neighbor enjoy the barbecue sandwiches when they’re made correctly but this bun with red sauce and coleslaw is not a barbecue pork sandwich.. I paid over $17 for two barbecue sandwiches and this is what you give me!? I expect someone to make this right.. until then I will keep posting. You should not be ripping people off like this! And the only reason you get one star is because it’s not an option to send NO stars, you certainly don’t deserve the ones you have.

Having 2 order stations where the customer places the order only take cards isn’t easy on people paying with cash 4 people that came in after me got their food before I could even order. The manager tried to tell the employees how to work to get peoples orders faster but no one would listen to her. She got loud and told them that this was her shift. Big sign at register stating no discounts would be honored but the receipt has a buy one get one free offer on it. Sounds like false advertising.
