Staffs apparently so slow they can’t even spread the spicy sauce on a wrap properly???? Ate a snack wrap wondering when I’d get any sauce and it’s because it was all at the bottom. I don’t get paid to do yalls job.

Ordered a bacon egg and cheese mcgriddle meal with the bacon removed because my wife can’t eat meat. The people who made the order proceeded to give us a sausage and cheese mcgriddle. Delivery support can’t have them remake or redeliver the food, and can’t refund the full price of the meal. Kitchen needs reading training.

Nearby location we often stop at. I’m my option, food is consistent; fair not great. They can’t seem to serve hot, freshly cooked fries or remember sauces and utensils. They did a lot of work here recently did make sure the place is picked up which is noticeable.

I just left your drive-through today, 12/20/2025, the young lady that took my payment very nice and very respectable but this little girl that has a burgundy wig on with a nasty attitude dark skin handing the food out very rude. Very disrespectful didn’t say thank you. Didn’t say nothing at all I’ve tried to call. I’ve called 10 times no one at that store is answering so I can speak to a manager so it can be addressed. That’s why I stopped coming to this particular McDonald’s because of the Customer Service when you get to the payment window, everyone that is at the payment window its very nice and respectable but when you get to that window you get the little nasty attitude? Yeah, it’ll be a long time before I come back to this McDonald’s again because of poor Customer Service and it’s sad. The managers can’t even answer the phone so this person can get training and coaching on Customer Service at the window while passing out the food. How about thank you have a nice day happy holidays none of that. She was very rude and very disrespectful so I’m done coming here for a very long time. You just lost my business and a lot of my coworkers we come to this McDonald’s we’ll go back to 78th and State line to go where we know we’re gonna get excellent customer service and I’m definitely gonna keep giving my business to them. I’d rather go to 78th and Stateline to get excellent customer service then to come to that location and when someone has me my food, get a nasty Customer Service I’m good.

Ordered food on mobile app, sat in lobby and ate my double cheeseburger, spicy McChicken, medium fry and a large drink, then when I was done, I went to use the restroom and it was locked so I asked the Ladies at counter if I could use the restroom, and they said, “you have to purchase something” and I said, “I did purchase something on a mobile order” and even provided the code for purchase. Finally after repeating all that 4 times, I got to use the restroom. Then not even 2 minutes after being in there, an employee comes in and yells, “how long are you going to be” and said, “I just got in here”. Then an employee come in again 3 mins later and asked, “are you done yet”(very rudely) and I politely replied, “I just got in here, I’ll be done when I’m done”. I came out of the bathroom a few minutes later and said to them, “you know it’s very rude and unprofessional to treat any customer like you have treated me during my visit here today and I will be putting a customer complaint in. Then I left, without leaving them any chance to say anything back.
Also the food was ok. Fries were fresh, the burger tasted stale, the spicy McChicken was decent and my drink was a Dr pepper and it was flat.

Horrible experience here. I was told to park in one of the waiting spots and the lady who brought the food brought me half of what I ordered, then when I opened the happy meal it was just a small fry dumped upside down in a box, no nuggets or anything else. She had a major attitude then she brought it back out along with the other one I was missing but it still wasn’t right…. fries were still upside down and looked like some were taken out and only gave me a 4 piece when I ordered a 6 piece so I told her about it and she stared at me with an attitude and then finally said “So what do you expect me to change it out?” I said uhm yes. So she snatched it out my hand and later brought back the happy meal wide open with even less fries and an even bigger attitude. Then I called the store and spoke with the manager and she said “hhhhmmm okay”. I won’t come back to thos McDonald’s.

This is a great location. It’s very convenient. The staff is knowledgeable and fast. They work efficiently. I always have a large order and have to park on the reserved spaces while I wait for them to prepare my food.
