Bad service, waiting 30 minutes to deliver an order. Doordash and Uber Eats wait for more than 30 minutes, the staff talking about it. Today, 10/21/2025, 4:15 p.m., they are giving the worst service. You say something to the staff and they respond aggressively and rudely.

The food was terrible the chicken was so hard you couldn’t bite into it. Plus we kept trying to call them but their line is not working. Our order wasn’t even edible. They messed up the potatoes and the famous bowl !!! Terrible service… unfriendly oh and our biscuits looked like they were half eaten!!!

This Palmdale KFC on Avenue S is one of the best KFC stores in Southern California! I can dine here with my girlfriend on hot, juicy Original Recipe chicken, buttery biscuits, Secret Recipe fries, and Mountain Dew Sweet Lightning.

Usually don’t write these. Around 8pm, 9/22/25. Rock solid fries. Super gross. They didn’t ask if I wanted sauce, no sauce in bag, I drove home, I forgot about asking for sauce too, so that was on me as well. But with disgusting rock solid fries and no sauce… If the fries were okay, I wouldn’t have written a review. Sorry for this 1 star. Maybe I’ll be back, but I don’t know. I would eat at this KFC maybe once or twice a week. Might have lost that because of some fries. The fries also smell bad too. I don’t understand.

Waited while others complained about 30 min. Or more wait on phone orders. I had over 30 min. wait. Did not get gravy for mashed potatoes and no butter or honey for biscuits. Popeyes is not as good, but I think I’ll be going there, at least I get what I order. I tried to call , but your system will not answer. I gave you a rating of 1 because there was not a grade of zero.
