I think it’s a requirement to be able to work here you have to not say a word throughout the whole transaction, then when the customers says “thank you” you have to close the window without saying a word. This isn’t just one time this is damn near EVERY time in the drive thru. The first person is playing on their phone when you pull up, and at the second window they hand the food out without talking and half the time its gonna be wrong. But the fries are good though. Lol

I ordered a burrito meal on the kiosk. It took 35 minutes to get my food after everyone working there just walked by me and ignored me until finally I have to raise hell to get the food that I paid for it’s not that difficult people. It’s one thing to miss an order but to purposely walk by me over and over is unacceptable. So finally I get the food that I paid for because believe me if I hadn’t paid for it I would’ve walked out a long time ago. Not one person even apologized but thats ok. This is the reason I don’t eat at McDonald’s because they don’t give a damn about any of there customers. I definitely won’t ever be back. McDonald’s do better. If I could give minus stars I would. I’ll spend my money anywhere that still have customer service!!

The culture of people who take fast food jobs and come to work, expecting NOT to work just baffles me! I ordered thru the app (around 10:30p)and got to the drive thru and after waiting about 3 mins, I drove up to the window, where I find a young lady with her headset on. So I can only guess she was INTENTIONALLY avoiding service. When I told her about my mobile order she seemingly reluctantly walked to prepare it. Then I over heard her talking about being upset at customers ordering specific items and indicating that she was going to go take a lunch. It took everything I had not to give her some words. But Management, please check on your night shift. It is struggling! I’m visiting the area, thankfully, I don’t have to come back to this store again.

This McDonald’s is by far the best one I’ve ever been to. They run this restaurant like a well oiled machine. The drive-thru is extremely quick considering how many cars are trying to order the help is always friendly and the restaurant is always clean.

The front register was not signed in with a drawer up front. The lady working the front counter was very professional and walked back and forth from the drive thru to assist me with my order. Thank you all for your hard work y’all put in everyday

I love this location for my breakfast. I went today for my lunch and they’ve gotten a lot faster with the drive-through. The girls here are really friendly, they’re attentive to the Detail details of my order and they always serve it with a smile. I really appreciate you ladies. They must like me a lot because they all changed their hair to blonde WHAT COMPLMENT TO THIS JERSEY GIRL TO BE S TREN SETTER IN LA! her hee. It was very cute. We are beautiful girls but these girls are good with their customer service and beautiful thank you ladies . Continue the good work. This is the only Location I go to in Bossier city , since moving here April and you should too! these girls rock and their male manager was pretty nice too thank you ladies. Keep up the good work.
