Ordered 2 drinks on the mobile app. Decided to wait in the parking space with the menu screen. Waited about 20 minutes and my drinks weren’t ready apparently, even though on the screen it said someone was coming out with my order. Waited an additional 10 minutes.. They weren’t serving other customers. I called and this lady snapped at me before I could even explain my issue, she said “Yes they are ready, i’m the only one here but you can come through the drive thru and get them”. Decided to go through the drive thru, saw that there was another employee working, while i’m sitting waiting in the drive thru. Another employee walks a mobile order that’s parked, they had 4 drinks… So maybe do a little better. Instead of snapping at a customer who’d been waiting for 20+ minutes on their order, apologize and do better at customer service or don’t work in fast food at all. Apparently you can learn a thing or two.

We came and parked at a stall and ordered our food, firstly we couldn’t hear a dang thing because two girls in the back were laughing and screaming, we finally got the order through and he told us it would be right out. We sat there for 40 minutes waiting on our order, 7 cars came and left through the drive through. We kept giving them the benefit of the doubt but after the line emptied out and 10 minutes went by without another customer and we physically watched the guy stand at the window and play in his phone. We finally pressed the button again and asked where our food was and we watched him through the window frantically grab our food that has been sitting on the counter and fill up our drinks and run it out to us, he gave us a few drink tokens and apologized but we barely come to Sonic’s to the drinks mean nothing to us, our food it cold and everyone knows French fries cold are absolutely horrible. My chicken is cold and my husbands burger was cold.. atleast our drinks were fresh I guess. Horrible experience.. maybe next time we get the urge we will go to the other one across town if not give this one another chance..

Not only did you forget to put my onion rings in the damn bag after giving us an attitude over what size we wanted. But when you gave my husband who drove all the way back to your location my onion rings they looked like this. THIS IS WHAT YOU SERVE YOUR CUSTOMERS??? It’s obvious they only care about their drive through times. Sat in a stall for 30 mins after ordering. The option to pay never came up. And then proceeded to go through the drive through to try to figure out what the issue was.
Again, still have poor times. Seems like their order times don’t matter. However when they finally do it they quickly say it’s “being delivered”. Received cold fries and two full size breakfast burritos that could have passed off as jr burritos. Not sure if this is a staffing issue or just poor service.

Ordered a BLT no tomatoes.. got butter down bread few pieces of lettuce and 2 half pieces of bacon …they dont care if they rip you off … nothing this place says can make me come here again

These is the worse sonics I ever went to
In Rapid City SD. My husband and I got two hamburgers and onion rings, I ended up having to throw my Hamburger away, it was very obvious it was made the day before, the bun was so soaked from the mayo sauce it was like raw dough, the burger was hard and stuck to the bun by the horrible looking melted cheese. I couldn’t even pull it apart. It was obvious it was not safe to eat. And we paid $26.29 for this mess. I tried to call the store and no one would answer the phone. We should have known better than to buy anything when the parking lot only had 2 cars in it and the drive up had no one. This was store #6654 at 502 Century Rd, Rapid City SD. We went to the other sonic on Mt Rushmore in rapid city and the same thing. Sonic needs to leave SD. The owner obviously don’t care because after being treated like this they want you to do more on another web page. That dose not make things right by us who lost money on this crappy food and restaurant. We will NEVER go back and will tell anyone who will listen.

Food was ok, but cold. No napkins were given, had to ask, we were told they were out of multiple items. Service was slow, card reader didn’t work, had to constantly repeat what we wanted to order. Tables were filthy, needed to be wiped down. As we were leaving, there were 4 employees standing just outside the building. We will not be back. Pretty unhappy with it.

Unfortunately, every time I seem to go there, they never have the order correct.This is the second time now that I have not received my ice cream sundays.I’ve ordered and it took me multiple times to get the correct drink order.Albeit the crew is great and tries the best.Unfortunately, I never get what I pay for and it’s extremely hard to get reimbursed
