Wow!!! I had wanted to try the new Freddy favbear meal and the woman who took my order had such a great attitude! You don’t normally get that at fast food, especially at night when workers are tired! She politely let me know they were out of fanta and suggested alternative beverage options, it was just a really pleasant experience overall. Fresh food, came to my car with a smile, service like this is rare nowadays. Thank you yevonne I will be returning again!

I ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches, lemonade, and fries. the lemonade was fine but the rest tasted soapy. I ordered using the app and when I got there, it was ready and the lady at the counter was nice. I’m used to bad service and good food from popeyes. I hope that the food taste being off is a one off

Genuinely if I could rate this place a zero I would. I love Popeyes’ food but every.single.time. I come here the food is receive is incorrect. If i’m paying 20$ for one meal the least I could get is the correct food that I ordered. My order is always correct on the receipt but someone isn’t even reading it because I never get the right sauces and usually I don’t get the right food at all.

Walked in last Sunday about 1pm, not busy at all. I ordered a family 10 piece. I waited for over 30 minutes! I saw 2 individuals walk in, knod or wave to the manager and sit down. He brought them an order, and I didn’t see them pay anything. They both immediately got their meals, ate it, and left way before I got what I thought was an easy to go order. What the hell is going on there? Why does it take so long and why are people walking in, sitting down and being served without paying? Not going back. I can cook my own quicker.

I ordered through the door dash app at 926 pm. I ordered a three piece blackened tender meal. The meal that they sent me was about 8 pieces of ball up fried tenders that had been sitting in the heat lamp for several hours. I called the store the very next and was met aggressively on the phone with a woman who said she was the manager. I tried to explain to the woman that the food that was sent out was not edible. The woman was very rude and cut me off every time I would try to talk. I asked her why would they serve something like that and she said “we don’t cook fresh chicken after 930 pm”!!I went ahead to ask why is the store still taking orders past the time y’all serve fresh food and why didn’t yall just cancel the order instead of serving bad food. The woman continued to yell and say they don’t have any control over what door dash allows on the end. When I realized that I wasn’t going to get a resolution I asked her for corporate information. The woman states they don’t have a corporate and they are franchised. I asked the woman surely there must be some kind of point of contact besides yourself? She asked me why didn’t I call the store last night and never provided a contact number. The food was hard and old , I wouldn’t feed that to my dogs. Here is a pic for reference.

I ordered a family all dark meal at the Daphne restaurant and received a mixed meal. Not a big deal except this was the second time in a row. I informed the employee at the front and she reported this was the second time to a fellow employee. Too which she commented “it wouldn’t be the last”.I let her know several times I herd her as she left with no comment. She is probably correct it will not be the last, but I can guarantee, it will be the last time for us at the Daphne Popeyes.

The service was really, really slow. From start to finish was 15 – 20 minutes. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo but got the regular sandwich. The person in the drive though was also doing call ahead orders, it took three trips to the same car to get the order right. My expectations were not very high and they were able to beneath them.

Tried to place an order by phone with a coupon,they said I had to come in. It was to go 10 pc dinner with 2 sides. The guy before me ordered blackened strips and he waited almost 29 minutes. I went to the counter to check on my order after 30 minutes and the older lady was putting it together. I said it shouldn’t take 30 minutes. She said she didn’t cook she just works there. My mistake,I didn’t check the bag. Got to my friends house and was short a side. Won’t be back.

We eat here about once a week. Food is usually good here(Occasional cold side item). The service usually sucks though. Just being honest. So, expect good Popeyes flavor mixed with both lazy attitudes and very slow service. Almost guaranteed these days.

There were people sitting outside the door so you had to go around them. There was obviously homeless people sitting inside the restaurant not eating. And it took the longest time for me to get my order. Would highly not recommend this Popeyes.
