At one time this was one of the better McDonald’s. It’s pretty much typical now. The food is standard McDonald’s fare. The service is slow. You are able to order and pay at the counter if you prefer not to use the Kiosk.

Stepdaughter ordered breakfast online for the family we pulled up to the drive through gave the lady the code she started to talking in the store on how much food that was there ain’t noway and then she said she talked to the manager about it and they would make the food and just pull though the drive when we go to the first pick up window she gave us a random small tea witch none of our meals had a small tea she told us to park in curbside pick up 3 and they would bring us our food so we sat there for close to 30 minutes watching car after car go through the drive through so I went in to see what was taking so long and talked to the manager and he acted like he had no idea even though the lady taking orders said the manager said they would make the food but they intended to make it the manager gave us the runaround and finally gave us a cash refund instead of canceling the online order and refunding the card

If you want to order McDonald’s in Marion, THIS is the location you should go to. They always have relatively fast service even when they have cars wrapped around the building. They’re pretty much always nice in the drive through and if you order curbside they’re still pretty fast. Never had an issue with missing food or rude service from this one.

Ordered McDelivery, never received my food. Customer service refunded the order. Ordered on the app to pick up. At the drive thru, 2 people in the other lane were able to place their orders and we still hadn’t been taken care of. Pulled around to that lane just so could get taken care. It’s 9:30 on a Saturday night, the wait is ridiculous. Nothing fast about fast food here.

Ordered a double biscuit and gravy platter meal. Received a normal biscuit and gravy. Manager asked me to bring food back in to exchange it, as if I wanted half of my food cold by the time I went there and came back. I came into the store to ask for my receipt because I did not receive one. The manager was extremely hostile and rude, saying that I was going to have to wait a long time for my receipt. Staff are extremely rude and unhelpful. Rather than just giving me a biscuit and gravy to make up for their mistake, I had to wait 10+ minutes for someone to figure out how to print a receipt. The manager Michelle was very rude and unhelpful, actively talking trash behind the food counter, saying how i was going to have to wait a long time. Terrible service

We ordered steak, but got sausage for breakfast. The store manager made it difficult, and out of her own way to compensate for the mix up, poor respects for a manager. The store was getting shipment at the time which made it difficult to get into the drive.

The food doesn’t taste like it used to anymore. The buns were so hard. The food is bland. I got me a Mc rib and it was so chewy. I stopped going out to eat.

McDonald is one of my favorite fast-food in the US when I have traveling. On this trip, I stopped at McDonald which is located in Marion, Illinois. This restaurant is very nice. I have a mcMuffin and a cup of roast coffee for breakfast. In addition, it has a lot of parking area, beautiful interior, and clean rest room. It is a perfect place for you who have travel and want to take a rest for a while.
