Borounds undercooked. And the uncleanliness would be zero if they let me. Music too loud. Mostly the uncleanliness. This early in the morning 9:31. I don’t think anyone mopped last night. I’m scared to eat in such an unclean place. I counted 4 flies inside and then one tried to come in my van as I was leaving… Lord don’t let that fly stay with me. The whole parking lot was trashed and fingerprints all over every glass on the property

My wife ordered a grilled chicken, without the bun.(Gluten issue). Upon receiving our order, they refunded us for the bun. We were very impressed with that level of service. Definitely, will return.

The employees have zero sense of urgency. The restaurant is packed, line wrapped around the building for the drive thru. They don’t seem to care at all and seem annoyed by the presence of paying customers. Standing in line waiting for my food as I write this and I’m mad at myself for not getting back in my car and leaving when I had the chance.

This is a newer Bojangles’. It has a different menu as well from my hometown. The fried chicken is crispy and flavorful, and the biscuits are fluffy perfection. Don’t forget the Bo-Berry cookies for a sweet treat. It’s a fast-food experience with a whole lot of Southern charm.

So we stopped by to grab a late lunch and tried to go through drive through. The AI speaker attendant said they were out of sodas and tea and we tried to get it to give us water but it didnt understand and said an employee would help us shortly. After waiting another 2 minutes we decided to go inside cause ” they couldn’t possibly be out of all drinks”. It appeared that the staff was all in meeting in the lobby while a minimal staff (possibly from another location) rushed around like they didnt know what was going on. In the end I believe we waited 15 minutes…and sure enough they had NOTHING cold to drink. Coffee was it. As a manager, I would have been running next door to Circle K at the last resort for ice and soda. Or at least Water!!! Positive, the food was freshly cooked and piping hot. !

While the staff were nice they spent a lot of time talking about enythig other than getting the food to the guests. The kitchen area had been swept but the debris was not picked up so the staff were kicking the mess all over the place. Amoo bucket with dirty water was in the hall way to the bathrooms the entire time I was there.

A little dirty but at 4:45 pm Sunday hopefully it was busy for you. The people were nice ! In today’s world that matters. A truck driver by trade parked next door I had been looking forward ( all day ) to chicken gizzards. You don’t sell them(?) This is southern Virginia yall ! Why , no gizzards ? However your dirty rice was goooood. Again people were nice and chicken tenders were good.

Ordered 4 wings through the clueless, but somewhat accurate AI. Lady at the window said they only had one wing. We asked if we could just wait for more wings. She said she would bring them to us and to pull up to the door. We did. She later told us the wings would be ready in 2 minutes and they also had fresh biscuits in 4. This was at 10pm as we were travelling for Christmas family. The only issue we had was that the chicken and biscuits were so hot and fresh we had to handle the heat while eating in our car. So delicious though. Wish I knew the lady’s name to mention her, but it was an A+++ experience.

This was my first ever experience eating here. I’ll take there chicken sandwich over Chick-fil-A’s any day. And the salty seasoned fries were hot and fresh. Made me very thirsty but that’s expected when treating oneself to fast food. And the prices are far more affordable. The chicken was freshly fried, everything came out hot and tasty. Will come back to try something new next time.
