Better than the one on Roosevelt road which always has long lines. They had two friendly Latina workers working there when I went there compared to the one in Roosevelt. The one on Roosevelt seem like they don’t wanna work there and are rude so I stopped working there. The food is also better here.

Service is absolutely terrible. Ordered on the app for the drive-thru and the line was outrageous; so I went inside to see if they could give me my order and this lady met me at the door and said that the inside was only for doordash MIND YOU IT WAS ONLY 11pm!! So then I waited in line for 30 minutes and decided to go back inside. I walked in and she gasped and goes “I thought the doors were locked” another lady proceeded to say “they are” she goes “well this one was isn’t” I said can you not just give me my food? I’ve been waiting in this line for 30 mins. Why should I have to wait on my food that’s already paid for on the app knowing it’s getting cold? She was like “I don’t know what to tell you” Worst employees EVER.

The last FOUR TIMES I’ve been to this location, my order has been wrong. It has been wrong other times, on occasion, but this is 4 in a ROW. This time though, 9 items were wrong. NINE. We called the store and asked to speak to a manager, and we informed them that we would be there tomorrow for the 9 items to be corrected or refunded. They did not offer that. I LOVE Taco Bell, but this is ridiculous. I get that places may be short staffed, but that doesn’t mean my food has be wrong and suck every time. After tomorrow I will not return to this location, and we have frequented for a long time.
Edit just a few moments after I posted this, I open my spicy potato Taco to find only potatoes, literally nothing else. So 10, TEN ITEMS MESSED UP.

We purchased 4 tacos and 3 burritos Supreme and requested extra meat. When we went to pay at the window and this was at 7:30pm. The young man did not look happy and was missable customer services out the door. And I would not be surprised if he made our food because there was no meat in our burrito and the tacos were bad. We will not go bad to Taco Bell again. You charge us $33.00 for bad service. Shame on you

I’ve been frequenting this Berwyn Taco Bell on Ogden Ave. plan on going before the Eagles/Chiefs SB…
1st of all, it seems because of Christmas, their normal business hours during that time changed – so some IDIOT decided to smear and break a window next to the drive- up! REAL CLASSY… I’ve NEVER had any issues here AND been a return customer at least every other weekend… I REALLY like the helpful AND friendly staff, as I ALWAYS feel welcome… The managers are great !! They prepare the food to how I like it AND the service is with a smile…
LOVE their breakfast’s, but also tacos(reg+supreme), roll ups, quesadillas, burritos, Mexican pizza & their bacon crunch wraps too !! Usually I get steak, ground beef, & chicken! TASTY! Tried the Cinnabun Iced Coffee which was tasty as promised… And those Cinnabun Treats are the BOMB ! They’re the perfect treat! (addictive) Their parking lot & building are kept clean inside and out, so I updated my review and gave them a 5 star rating… I did mention that the outdoor waste can was full just past the drive- up window since they are busy late wknd nites I think… Maybe have two there side by side?? Will always be back as it’s my FAVORITE Taco Bell… Thanks to managers & staff there… Paul

(hardly anyone knew about they’re new Crispy Chicken Wings AND everyone who tried them agreed they were the BEST WINGS EVER!!!) Hope corporate does finally pay attention to us the mere CONSUMERS & CUSTOMERS !

My go to place when I have a craving for a crunchy taco! Food was good and served fast. Also had the Cheesy Bean and Rice Burrito and it was good. Service and staff were friendly and fast. Sticky floors are my only complaint but other than that the dining area was clean.
