Went to 1rst drive through, explained 3 times that I didn’t want a chili dog but plain hotdogs. 3rd time I said it louder, thought she wasn’t hearing me.
She said loudly, dont yell at me, I said explained it 3 times
She then started to ask again, I told her to forget it.
2nd sonic, I ordered and waited and waited and waited, I went around and asked how long it would be, she said she was bringing it out

My husband and I went to this establishment this past Saturday, Jan 31. We ordered one large Ocean Water and one medium cherry limeade. It was during happy hour, and they told us that we would be charged $3.15. Once we get home and look at our bank statement, we see that we were charged $19.83. We were not given a receipt. We filed a dispute with our bank but they are asking for a receipt as documentation. We work hard for our money and $20 dollars to others isn’t the same as what it means for us. Please make this right, Sonic. We were there this past Saturday, Jan 31 between 2:45-3:15 pm.

We came here about 2:30 on a Saturday. Expected a bit of a wait, which wasn’t long at all so not the worst.
But what we ordered was not what we got, not fully.
The pickle fries my husband got were very greasy, like more so than other Sonics.
My cold brew, I asked for sweet cream add in and there was none plus the French vanilla flavoring was not there. Whatever flavoring they put in was WAY too strong sitting at the direct bottom and that was the first taste I got before shaking it up but that didn’t even mix it properly or help at all.
Then, the last thing we got was one of the Unicorn slushies for my daughter. It was not in the cup it was supposed to come in. It did not have the whipped cream topping with the sugar cookie sprinkle dusting. And it had no boba in it. It didn’t even taste like cotton candy at all.
It was her first Unicorn slush, we were out getting her stuff for her graduation and she wanted to try it so bad. Horrible first impression.
Definitely never coming back to this Sonic, the one over off of Stadium drive is best.

Husband went and got me ice cream at 8:30. He said the person who took his order was very rude, loud and distorted (like feedback or an echo?). He ordered me a Large M&M Blast and the person taking the order didn’t even bother to answer, so my husband just sat there for five minutes then drove up to the window. Two words were exchanged and he paid then got the ice cream.
When he got home, I started eating it and not even a quarter way through and i find a massive chunk of plastic. Took another bite and found more SMALLER bits of sharp plastic. I had to toss it. So now my husband’s $7 short for a craving that wasn’t even fulfilled.
This is actually ridiculous. Who serves this to people ? Are y’all trying to actually kill me??? Like seriously, because this is how you kill people.

Writing this as I sit in the drive thru at the speaker with no one acknowledging me for five minutes now. I ordered my food on the app over an hour ago. Atp I just want my money back. I have work tomorrow and I need to go to bed, but I’m stuck here in the drive thru, being ignored. The employees clearly cannot handle their workload, whether it be from lack of care or lack of staff.

Went through the drive thru with a hoarse voice… I went to the window cause they couldn’t understand me… I was told by management that they can’t take orders at the window… to go back through the line. Instead of taking my order. Went back through the line where I was told at the speaker to come to the window. Exhausted after leaving the hospital I did ask to speak to management. I was determined to taste the new strawberry float my son was treating me to and did. It was good but service sucked here

Most of my experience with eating at this Sonic location (Manchester Expressway) has been good. But tonight I ordered on the app and received a Sonic Crave double cheeseburger with nothing on it but meat and cheese. I only asked for no pickles. There is no ketchup, no mayo, no signature sauce, no anything on this sandwich. I’m highly disappointed because this sandwich isn’t cheap, I was cheated, and should have spent my money elsewhere. I won’t be returning to this location.
