I received food with hair on it. I attempted to resolve the matter internally but was told by the manager (and later the GM) that I could get more food but no refund. I declined and disputed the charge.

I asked for a kids meal. 4 pcs boneless. I was told it was a 4 minute wait I said okay. Next thing you know I’m handed my food one minute later. Gets home and it wings in there. Everyone don’t eat meat with bones that’s why I ordered what I ordered. Didn’t ask me if it was okay or anything. Just gave it to me like im begging for food after I just paid it. They don’t answer the phone either.
Also don’t feed me no BS AI generated response. Give me a refund or comp me what I actually paid for before I dispute the charge for giving me what you wanted and not what I paid for.

Food is always on time accurate and reasonably priced. The staff is clean and seem to enjoy working together. They seem eager to rectify issues and make it the best possible experience possible. Sulma was wonderful and helpful and answered any questions i didn’t like how one piece of chicken looked and all I had to do was ask and it was replaced.

“There is a high probability that your delivery will be incorrect. Maybe they don’t know how to count or maybe they can’t read numbers or maybe they deliberately send the wrong quantity.”

I figured out why my previous orders were incorrect. Today, I walked-in, showed my phone and requested the 10pc special on the app. The manager said they don’t have a 10pc special, they only have an 8pc special. I literally had to use the app and show her my screen, step by step, in order to receive the 10pc special. The lady who made my order kept looking at the screen as if she was doing something wrong. She checked with her coworkers to make sure my order quantity was legit. I counted while she counted and finally received a correct order.
So basically, the manager will override an order based on the in-store specials, without adjusting the price. For example:
A quantity override occurred with order #45 on 12/03/2025 at 3:18PM GMT-5. I received 8pcs out of a 10pc.
A quantity override occurred with order #45 on 11/12/2025 at 7:07PM GMT-5. I received 8pcs out of a 10pc.
Just go inside and show your app step by step and count the pieces while your order is being made.

This location has some of the poorest customer service!! I placed an order and the asked me to park because they didn’t have any chicken, 30 minutes later I go in to ask how much longer it would be and the cashier has completely forgotten! I immediately asked for a refund ($52.25) and the cashier began to speak to the manager in Spanish, so now all of a sudden no one speaks English…. I demanded my refund and will definitely be calling the corporate off! It’s a chicken restaurant…you have one job have chicken available. Smh
