Yesterday afternoon, around 3:25 PM, and on other occasions as well, the girl who works at the counter got annoyed because it took me a while to place my order correctly. I don’t speak perfect English, and I felt discriminated against when I got to the window and she said, “You have a very large order,” when I had only ordered two meals and two large coffees. She wasn’t the one who took my order, and she angrily said, “You two speak Spanish, right?” (referring to the guy who took my order).
I don’t think I’ll be buying from this place again. This isn’t the first time this girl has acted this way; she’s shown a racist attitude several times.

I just stopped by for lunch. I had a QPC with bacon and 10pc McNuggets. The Quarter Pounder was fresh, the bacon was great, and the McNuggets were nice and crispy. Everyone was polite and service was quick. Awesome & quick lunch. Give everyone working today a raise!

The quality of the breakfast burritos is surprisingly good – I mean, it isn’t a “burrito” in the traditional sense, it is more like a breakfast taco, – and I’ve eaten a healthy share of breakfast tacos, – but these are pretty good. The serving personnel forgot to include a few hashbrowns, but the mistake was easily corrected. The food is moderately priced: a small meal for 2 is $8.00, – and the quality is good. Thumbs up!

I eat here multiple times a week and there’s always an issue with my orders. Missing or wrong items. Ordered 2 “6 piece” nuggets, only got 10 nuggets total. Ordered 2 lemonades, one is clear and taste like it’s 90% water. Horrible service here.

Went to the drive-thru and after 5 minute wait and having to pull up to the window to give my order I gave the girl the app code for $6 value meal. She apologized and said she was washing her hands and that was why it was such a long wait. Pulled to the second window where the guy tried to give me a different order than what I ordered. I told him was the $6 value meal and he gave me the bag and then replied Coke zero? I said no, Dr pepper? Upon arriving home, I have a Coke Zero, fish sandwich and 4 cold but burnt chicken nuggets with no bbq sauce. When you call the store and then it goes to a fast busy signal. Crazy…I NEVER USE THE EAST SIDE LOCATION because there is ALWAYS an issue

The lil ole black lady with hi-vise vest has the worst customer service I’ve witnessed at a McDonald’s. She was rude to everyone she took an order to. Someone was wanting a receipt as the kiosk failed to give it. And she yelled at them to sit down. Who does that?

A guy almost hit me while I was walking in and honked at me “I said I had the right of way mother (flower)” and followed me in the store and the two managers heard us yelling and took action fast and even walked with me out the store to make sure I would be safe 10/10 just for those two I do not know his or hers name but they need a raise they literally protected the locals thank you very much to the three employees I talked to. there was a girl I talked to when I walked in and I had to grap her attention because of the situation outside. thank you three so much I wish I had their names (update) Earisol aimulfo alma the real heros each one went above and behind to stop and make sure their customers was safe

Ordered a mc double, chicken nugget happy meal, basket of fries and a mc chicken with cheese. Went home and opened a McChicken with no chicken. Called the store, went back and had my sandwich thrown at me in the bag and no apology.
