Brunch @ Dubois and while we were eating the “ ZUPPA TOSCANA Soup “ , I feel like I’m tasting my own cooking because I’m the cook in our household . Everything is good and we highly recommend this place but you have to wait atleast 30minutes though ( so good that people choose to wait. )

Excellent local diner in downtown Dubois. We were greeted by friendly folks as we arrived and got a table with no wait. We ordered food and it was served fresh and hot in minutes. I really enjoyed the chicken fried steak with my over easy eggs and biscuits and gravy. Great value for the price. Place is a little run down in spots, such as seat cushions starting to fray. Overall a great spot.

Cowboy Cafe is amazing!! We were driving through Dubois and wanted a bite to eat. The pork belly was phenomenal and the Wyoming Wild platter was incredible. It’s the best mashed potatoes I’ve ever had! Will definitely plan to come back here when we’re out West again!

COME HERE!!!!!!!!!! Fantastic food! Fantastic service! Fast wait time. Cute place! How did they find so many good cooks and wait staff?! It was incredible and less than 30 minutes from the time we showed up until the time we left. We did B&G, pancakes, pork belly burger, the wake up call. Would recommend!!

A busy place on the road, with generous dishes and fair prices.
There are options to seat in or out (limited space).
Service was promptly efficient.
The only thing which I didn’t like us the sink out if order at the washroom, which I see as a public health risk.

Quintessential Wyoming diner! They’re known for their pies, and the food is good too. We dined al fresco and watched as the side by sides, jacked up 4x4s, ranch trucks with horse haulers, the occasional soobawoo, and a spattering of out of town plates drove by. Nice atmosphere.
The food came quick, hot and delicious and yes we saved room for the pie.

Great place to eat! I don’t remember the name of the burger I had, but it was a 1/2 monster of different meats. Fantastic!! My wife had some type of hotdog (pictured) and it was fantastic.
Great food, great hospitality, very clean and friendly staff. Will definitely go back again. Oh, my wife had the chocolate pecan pie, O MY!!! Warning pie slices are HUGE, and may taste better than Grandma’s, but she doesn’t have to know.

I’ve been hearing about the Cowboy Cafe for 20 years now since my husband used to come as a child. It did not disappoint. Great pie, great Rubens, great breakfast especially the corned beef hash. Ate there 3 times and can’t wait to go back next time I’m in Dubois.

While passing thru town we happened upon this quaint little place with exceptional service & a great atmosphere. Get the popper burger, you won’t be disappointed. Wish we would’ve saved room for the pie.

We came here for lunch because we were hungry and wanted burgers and fries. The food was okay, and the atmosphere was typical and nice. The decoration is old and fits the atmosphere. The service could be better. We waited almost 30 minutes before we could order and another 20 minutes for the food, but it was okay. However, the waiting times were very long because the place was full.
