I don’t know why mobile orders take forever. I get sugar free iced coffee on the mobile app as I leave my house about five minutes away. nobody will be there and it still can take five minutes to get my drink. Speakers don’t work at the drive through and In line for ten minutes. What in the world is wrong here?

I wish that this McDonalds would hold itself to a standard of giving out correct items and orders, the people are always friendly but haven’t been able to get food here without a mess up in a long time, it seems they can’t give you correct items. today I order a mcchicken with cheese and I ended up getting a hot and spicy which I was then yelled at by my partner for not checking while I was there after I had waited 10 minutes in the drive thru. just bad quality control

Because of the app. I’m here everyday. The small guy who delivers to the app,has always been nice but tonight he completely humiliated me. I am on a very fixed income and can’t afford gas,I have about an hour to kill, waiting to pick up for my friend because she doesn’t drive. The side parking spots were completely empty but he came up to me and asked if I had placed an order. I was humiliated for him to embarrass me further.

Brian was absolutely amazing! Very customer forward, never stopped his hustle for us. Thank you! Matt in the other hand….. thank God you didnt handle my food cause I would put a lawsuit out. You scratched your head many times, rubbed your face, and rubbed your nose all while handling drive thru orders. Disgusting

This is my first time writing a review, but I’m choosing to speak up to inspire change. We visited the Yellowstone McDonald’s today at 6:12, and my 4-year-old discovered a piece that resembled hard plastic in a chicken nugget. My husband and I examined it, but we didn’t say anything. The second time, we found the same thing, so I put it in a napkin and informed the worker. He said, ‘Let me talk to them,’ and then he was gone. No one asked us anything. On our way out, I asked one of the workers, a tall young guy, ‘Excuse me,’ and he yelled back, ‘I’m on break!’ I understand that, but there are other ways to communicate. I’m sharing this experience to encourage empathy and kindness, especially in front of children. My daughter asked, ‘Mom, why is he mad?’ I didn’t say anything, I just left, but I hope this inspires a positive transformation.

Never got my food. Service is terrible. I get a 30 min lunch and have to waste 17 minutes waiting for food I never got. I eventually had to go back to work so I just got my money back. Thank you so much for making me hungry the rest of the day!!!!

Always close the smoothie machine down early and say it’s out of service. When I know for a fact it is not and they close it down at 7pm because any time before that I can get one. They close way later than that. Always rude service at the windows too.

Id like to know why they closed the lobby an hour early then took 10 plus minutes to make 6 sodas and 2 chocolate milks.. at this point corporate needs to come to every McDonald’s in cheyenne. Seriously ridiculous…
Yet again the lobby is closed early. Honestly don’t care if they’re short staffed. My husband runs another one and is constantly short staffed and doesn’t get that option

When I got a burrito this morning there was mold on it and we already had one before i saw this I can’t believe this is how the keep there food I wish there staff got retired on how to be respectful to me and my family and I hope they can keep there food in better quality without mold this is unacceptable and I can not believe this happened.
