I was over there tonight I asked them I triple mushrooms. They barely gave me mushrooms, plus I wanted soft Bacon but it was toaino soft. I usually don’t complain about them. But I don’t know what their deal was tonight. They are really good in the morning time.

Walked in with my kid for breakfast. Was never greeted or acknowledged by any employee we sat for 15 minutes with everyone just looking at us over was asked would you like to order or nothing. Throw the whole early morning shift away smh!!! Worst service ever!!! Don’t go to this location close it down

I really like going to the Waffle House. However, in my opinion, there are some things that they could improve. Wait on your customers’ quicker, fewer cell phone conversations, and / or just on them while customers are waiting to be served.
Clearner tables, floors, and more friendly smiling faces.
Employees should lower their voices when in conversations with each other, especially if it’s about another employee. It’s not business that the public should hear. Managers step up and wear your title well by being more professional and in control of the situation and keeping order at all times. Making sure that everyone is doing their job while on the clock. I ordered a all star, at 5:40 am, with scrambled eggs grits sausage toast and a regular waffle. I then went to work. I went to lunch approximately 11:10 am. I bite into my waffle and there was a baby Roach in it. I called and spoke with manager Amy. To let her know I’m am utterly disgusted .
