I ordered online for pickup because I was at work. 8 minutes later I received a text saying my order was ready to a headed there & when I arrived it was false and it took them another 24 minutes for one all star meal. Blessings, I was about give 0 review. After going back to Location to speak to manager they remade my order to perfection. I appreciated the manager for listening and providing excellent service. I will return but only in morning shift. No late nights afterwork.

I dined with my 4 yr old Great Granddau. She was the “center of attention.” It was her b’day. The employees were so enlightening/pleasant to her. They smiled & interacted the whole time we were there. They were AWESOME

Walked in with my kid for breakfast. Was never greeted or acknowledged by any employee we sat for 15 minutes with everyone just looking at us over was asked would you like to order or nothing. Throw the whole early morning shift away smh!!! Worst service ever!!! Don’t go to this location close it down

I really like going to the Waffle House. However, in my opinion, there are some things that they could improve. Wait on your customers’ quicker, fewer cell phone conversations, and / or just on them while customers are waiting to be served.
Clearner tables, floors, and more friendly smiling faces.
Employees should lower their voices when in conversations with each other, especially if it’s about another employee. It’s not business that the public should hear. Managers step up and wear your title well by being more professional and in control of the situation and keeping order at all times. Making sure that everyone is doing their job while on the clock. Thank you!

I ordered a all star, at 5:40 am, with scrambled eggs grits sausage toast and a regular waffle. I then went to work. I went to lunch approximately 11:10 am. I bite into my waffle and there was a baby Roach in it. I called and spoke with manager Amy. To let her know I’m am utterly disgusted .
