The indoor playplace is clean, and my daughter makes a new friend every time we visit. We love coming here during the week.

Called the restaurant to speak to a manager because my order was wrong. The person answered. Soon as I asked for a manager, they hung up! I called back several times and they never answered. It’s so frustrating that you spend your money with these restaurants and they care less! I just wanted my order corrected. I ordered a McChicken (the ticket shows what I ordered) and I was given a damn burger! I’m so annoyed!

Super slow service. Placed an online order with just two items. Was asked to wait at the 3rd window, was sitting there for 20 mins, i wrapped back around to the speaker to tell them to cancel and refund my order and they wouldn’t do it without making me wait behind the 3 cars in front of me again and meeting them at the first window. That would have likely taken at-least another 15 mins with how slow the cars were moving. It’s an online order and it hadn’t fully gone through yet. They shouldn’t need anything else from me to just cancel it. I decided I’ll just dispute the charge with my CC company if I have to. I went across the street to Taco Bell and was in and out of their drive thru in under 3 mins. McDonald’s isn’t fast or cheap anymore, there’s no point in going there.

me and friends placed mobile orders then one of us ordered through the drive thru and the line was already extremely long so we asked if we can pick up both our mobile orders and the drive thru one and they were extremely rude over the intercom saying there was rules that you can only have two orders per car, then when we pulled forward 10 minutes later to the second window and asked if we can just get our mobile order a caramel frap and they rudely said we have to go back through the drive thru. we asked if we can go inside and grab it they were very resistant because the mobile order was originally for the drive thru but 5 minutes later they finally gave it to us. #dontgohere

Placed a mobile app order that included a large chocolate shake ($5.69). When I arrived, the store did not have shakes available. I asked for a replacement of equal or lesser value and requested a cookie tote ($5.49), which is cheaper than the shake.
The manager insisted I needed to pay an additional $3 for the cookies and could not explain where that number came from or whether it was system-generated. When I calmly pointed out that the replacement item was cheaper and asked for clarification, he dismissed me and said he was busy and told me to leave him alone.Very poor customer service and disappointing handling of a simple issue.

It’s a nice restaurant. Employees are freindly. But they need to keep the lobby open for their posted hours or at least post signage that lobby is closed early at the entrance. Getting out in the freezing cold just to come up to a locked door at 7:45 pm was disappointing and honestly irritating. I only got out cause I saw other cars in the parking lot and assumed it was open. Drive thru was open, though.

Good food. They are super busy so the place is a little messy. If you want to order at the counter it will take awhile because they depend on people using the kiosks. They make mistakes dude to the high volume but they make up for it with free vouchers and are very understanding. Not the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to for sure.

For whatever reason when you order a quarter pounder with cheese this location takes 13 minutes to make. I sat for 13 minutes waiting for my food watching everyone behind me get their food and leave. There was no apology for the time and my food was pretty much thrown at me. This location has some employees with attitudes. American McDonalds food is all the same so not going to say anything with the food.

I have lived in Apple Valley for 25 years. I this used to be a horrible franchise —- one regular that worked there would take an handful of fries WHILE SHE WORKED THE COUNTER AND WAS TAKING MY ORDER AND EAT THEM WHILE GREETING ME. Another regular worker never said hello or welcome. It also never looked clean. This was regular behavior until it was taken over a few years back.
Today, this location is the polar opposite; the gentleman that owns this franchise works the counter, the drive through. When he took over, the workers that had been unprofessional and looking like they just rolled out of bed were gone. The owner runs a tight ship — the restaurant is clean, the workers are friendly, professional, look neat and on the ball. My order is never wrong and I never have to wait long for my order.

By far the worse McDonalds I’ve ever been to. Thank goodness the new one in town is open. Every single time I’ve order food at this restaurant in particular, fries have been old or not even warm. Burgers have been cool or sloppy. It’s truly sad.
