Very slow service, filthy restrooms, we had to ask someone to clean our table. Our first time here. Completely disorganized. The help barely speaks English. Panda is a much better option for much less money. Customers having to wipe down their own tables. This place needs a manager.

I recently went here with my two kids and it was amazing! My kids loved the food, there was kids meals and very good food, the also had juice boxes for my kids and at the drink station there was plenty of good drinks and good for little ones or your teens too! The food was awesome my son loves the orange chicken and the chow main the most. I definitely recommend this place! The service was amazing, the woman who served us was so kind and pretty and helped us throughout our meal. My kids enjoyed watching them cook people’s food because there was fire in the pan and looked very cool.

This is one of the best fast-casual places around. Everyone is so friendly and the food comes out super quick & tastes great. A few years ago we felt like it was going downhill but they picked it up in a big way in terms of food and service. And the deals they put out on their app are great. Always a way to save a few bucks.
We come here for lunch almost every week…so so good.

The lady running the front was awesome but we ordered noodles and it was plain spaghetti not cooked in sauce very lazy. 🙁
The lettuce wraps were the same way they use to be so good now it’s not worth ordering. Kung pow was good minus the spaghetti. Fried rice was good donut holes good.

Update: I will no longer tip at this establishment after seeing a male worker grab a handful of tips out of the tip jar for his own pocket. It reminds me of another place who would keep tips for themselves.
The current type of tofu they offer doesn’t taste great. Some sauces are too spicy or have an artificial taste. Other than that it’s good for abc style food.
Good, it was medium sized, they could have been more generous with the vegetables in the dish. The food tastes pretty good. Next time I’ll order the noodles. They could improve their drink selection the most.

I used to eat here ALL the time and have always loved it. It’s been a little bit since I’ve been back, probably a year to be fair. I got the pad thai chicken. What I got was NOT meat. I don’t know what it was, but it wasn’t that. It was rubbery and stringy. What chicken is stringy? The sauce and noodles were ok but I ended up picking out every piece of “chicken” and still only eating half my noodles because it was so unsatisfactory. I will unfortunately never eat here again because I’m not sure where they are sourcing their meat, but it’s not from a place I want going into my body. Now after spending $13, I’m going to have to go home and eat again just to get some sort of protein and nourishment. Ridiculous.

We came in to get dinner and arrived at 810. We realized they closed at 830 so decided to get it to go so they could close. The lady working the register ignored us for a few min. Then she sighed loudly and said “I’ll be right with you.” When she walked up she said “Order to go?” Her tone of voice was very rude. She was obviously annoyed as I placed our order. I ordered the same thing for myself and 2 adult kids, just to make it quicker and easier, and less dishes. Then a kids meal. She seemed irritated we were even there the whole time, and we were out before close. It just would have been nice if she had had better customer service and not treated us like we were unwelcome and irritating just being there. I’ve managed multiple places for years and we would never treat customers that way, even if they arrived right at close. The dan dan noodles were pretty good, but there was only enough sauce for about half the noodles. Super disappointing because I usually love the food and service here and it’s not close to my house so we don’t get it that often.

I used to love this place but the quality has fallen off. We get the 3 person meal, for 2 people, so we have leftovers, but it took 30 minutes to get, the General Tso was soggy, the Thai basil tasted burnt, even the lettuce for the wrap was soggy. I just threw it away and won’t go again.

First I should say that I typically love Pei Wei. It is a family favorite – we can go there and no one objects.
This was my first visit to this particular location and compared to their normal standards I was a bit disappointed. The cashier forgot to ask if I wanted a drink and I forgot to tell her. No big deal – I should drink water anyway. I went to get a fork and a napkin but there weren’t any forks out and the only napkins were cocktail napkins. No big deal – I can get by with chopsticks. The mango California roll tasted okay but it was a bit dry and crumbly. No problem – nothing a little soy sauce can’t fix. Huh, no soy sauce. No big deal – one of the servers went and got some from the back. My gluten-free Pei Wei spicy chicken was good.
All in all there were no big problems just a mediocre experience from a chain I’ve come to expect better of. I hope this location improves because I’ll be moving nearby and I’d like to visit often!

Ordered a platter for 5-7 and the meat to rice/noodles was disappointing. Could use more meat. Also the rice wasn’t soft and the texture of the meat felt like it had been sitting around and recooked when I ordered. The beef to my beef and broccoli was burnt. If I’m gonna do take out I would expect what I pay. We don’t order take out much and tried something new but honestly I felt like panda has better fresh food.
