Ordered and got home only to discover that my money was not well spent. Ordered a Turkey Tom (Giant) and this is how it came. Literally what is this? I’ve been to Jimmy John’s on several occasions but this is the 1st and last time I’ll go here. Called the manager was nonchalant and dismissive. Didn’t even offer to at least remake the sandwichs. Don’t waste your money, especially in this economy.

I went here tonight and the employees were outside smoking and then came inside and didn’t wash their hands. The man who took my order and payment almost didn’t give me back my change which was two dollars. I pointed it out and then he gave me my change in all coins. I guess he realized he didn’t have any ones and hoped I wouldn’t notice not getting my change back I don’t know. I ordered two sandwiches and when I got home one of them had only cheese and bread on it … it was supposed to be a Sicilian pizza sub with a few different meats and cheese . I asked for the sauce on the side and that was in the bag but he didn’t put any meat on it so basically I paid for cheese and bread. I won’t go back to this location . This is the second time they have messed up our orders and it will be the last for me . I love the food so I will make sure I go to another location next time .

Terrible service. First time visiting this location on 8/24 and I will not be returning. Placed a mobile order & went to pick up 15 minutes later. Was told they were too busy & couldn’t make my sandwiches for awhile. When I asked to cancel & get a refund, the employee said good less sandwiches we have to make. I wasn’t the only one cancelling & leaving either!

We ordered sandwiches from the new Jimmy John’s on Byhalia and Poplar on Saturday. We were very excited they finally opened and we are in their delivery radius. When our driver arrived, not only did he have our sandwiches and chips as ordered, but he also surprised us us with a box of 30 third size sandwiches absolutely free! Wow! We shared them with neighbors and friends, and now a bunch more people now know about your wonderful new location! Thanks for the kindness, we’ll definately be back!

Fast and quick service. Good sandwiches. One thing I would say is the day we went it was a gloomy chill weather and they kept temperature inside the store extremely cold.

Very disappointed. Ordered my sub requested no cheese and to add bacon. Came with 4 pieces of cheese, no bacon (which I paid for) and only had 3 very thin pieces of turkey. Also had put my avocado spread between the cheese so I couldn’t enjoy that part of it either. I might try again to give a second chance but it’s very frustrating.

This was my first time eating at this location. The server was inattentive and was touching different surfaces without washing her hands and changing her gloves. Another employee was in the backroom while people stood in line waiting. I didn’t eat all of my food after observing the unclean behavior.

Terrible service. Placed an online order and arrived 20 minutes later with no employees visible in the store. Finally, someone emerged from the back and my order was still unfilled despite no other dining customers. Chic-Fil-A is just down the street FYI.
