We love this place. The sesame kale salad is one of my favorite. We always get the Pork Xiao Long Bao and Steamed Pork buns. Thr Yiben Noodles were delicious with just enough heat. Service was friendly and attentive.

Food is good. Limited drink selection. Sodas are in cans. Many things to choose from. We did have one person that had an alergic reaction to something… we do not know which dish. The lights in the bathroom shut off on you, and waving your hands from a stall will not turn them on.

From the minute I walked in it didn’t feel very welcoming, there was one family there, the guy greeted us and when we asked about to go orders he showed us the kiosk first, we told him we were paying in cash and he seemed irritated. We placed our order and asked about 15 minutes? They didn’t tell us how long its going to take, so we asked a round about time, he said yes 15 minutes. We walked to GameStop for just a quick second, we were back within 15 minutes, They took almost 30 minutes to get out food. I sat in the car and my husband was getting the food, I watched and seen he wasn’t even greeted at first, he had to start grabbing a random order to get them to acknowledge him and they just shook their heads no. I watched the waiters sit and BS the whole time in back, they messed my food up, we asked for no lettuce on our beef pancake wraps and they didn’t even listen. Green onion noodles tastes like it came from the microwave, the potstickers are so greasy there is puddles of grease under them, worst food, for the price we paid I would have preferred Safeway Deli. Do not eat here. Won’t even try another location.

This was our first time here and they were very welcoming when we walked in and walked us to our table. Gave us plenty of time to order and we used a little check mark menu piece of paper. The food was decent for what it is I’m not a huge fan of noodles but they weren’t that bad to me. If you’re a big fan of dim sum and noodles this place is the place you want to be. The only issue we had was they brought our drinks out extremely late because they forgot about them, otherwise service was great.

I went completely by myself, and it was a very nice experience. The auroma, cleanliness, and the employees were so nice and accommodating. The bums tasted so fresh! The noodles were beautifully crafted. I will definitely be back. A+ for comfortably single dining.

We have been wanting to try Dough Zone since they moved in and took the place of Trapper Sushi. Upon entering we were greeted and told to grab any table and then both the girls disappeared behind a partition to chat and play on teair phones. We found a link to the main site on the table which didn’t take you straight to a menu that had broken images and took forever to load. Once we figured out what we wanted we waited for about 10 minutes for someone to come check on us to see if we were ready to order. As we sat watching the girls play in theirs phones and have a great time chatting we contemplated just leaving but as we went to stand up one of them finally came over. The girl took our order and then went back to playing on her phone. While we waited for our food and during the entire time we were there. We had to sit and listen to constant timer alarms going off. The alarms would go off for anywhere from 30 seconds to a min. They would get silenced and then wasn’t more than about 30 seconds of peace and then another alarm would go off. There is no sound dampening in the restaurant. So all of the chatting and alarms just echo through out the place.

Our order came out within about 15 minutes of us putting in our order. We were about done eating and someone brought more food to the table. We were confused but it looked like they had forgotten an item. There was even more confusion when we discovered that it wasn’t even out food. Come to find out our missing was deliver to a different table and then retrieved from that table and then they tried to serve to us. I said no thanks and then was reassured that they didn’t do anything to it. I said no thanks again and asked for it to be removed from the bill.

Food was ok, we have eaten at Dough Zones and the food at them was much better. Most of the food tasted like it was frozen to stramer. The steamed buns, the meat inside was a pre formed patty free floating in the bun.
Pot stickers and wontons were good
The Dandan noodles were greasy and over sauced. The ginger left on the table was dried up like it had been sitting out all day.

While we were eating someone was filling glasses with ice from the bar ice bin. He would beat the ice with a metal shovel and as stated before there is no sound dampening so it was very loud in the middle of the restaurant. Same thing with someone sorting silverware.

Service was bad, food was soso, we are very disappointed and miss Trapper Sushi. If we want dumplings we will go to Lucky House for DimSum. So we will most likely not be back.

Really love the clean aesthetic and music. They’re quick to seat you and give you time to order. We ordered several appetizers and soups. Everything is served beautifully, and we enjoyed the food. Only thing is the beef noodle soup was way too salty! Everything else from the chicken dumplings, steamed pork buns, etc was delicious! I will return again.

I was just too excited that Dough Zone was opening in Kent station, and happy I tired. Vegetarian options – Loved their Yi Bin and Dan Dan noodles. Dumplings have less stuffing so they are not puffy and looks small and more doughy.
The place can get loud when busy, service can get better. I wish I could give them 5 stars like other Dough Zone locations.
