I went through the drive thru and they forgot my 10pc nuggets. I went inside and patiently waited behind a door-dasher retrieving an order. A black lady was expediting food however there was no cashier. She came over to take the front counter orders she was talking out loud saying “who is up front because i am not getting that” she also exclaimed that the door dasher needed to wait the door dasher made a comment towards her and told her to “calm down” to which she replied “working door-dash and working wendys is 2 different things” throwing shade at him for no reason as i was standing in line she said “this girl staring at me like i’m supposed to take her order” referring to me. Bruh. That’s her job.

Stopped by in the morning to pick up my mobile order. I was greeted by Charnita when I pulled up to the window. She was funny, in a great mood, and you can tell that she loves her job. I really enjoyed chatting with her while I waited for my food. Everything in the bag was correct and fresh. Thank you, Charnita!!

Order a meal DoorDash because my car is not working. I ordered two chicken sandwiches and a large fry The two chicken sandwiches look like they have been repeatedly dropped in the grease and cooked over and over and over again to the edges were completely brown, and you could not even chew them half of the french fries weren’t even in a container. They weren’t even in the bag. Worked at Wendy’s for many years. Never served a customer. Anything that even look anywhere near like this someone needs to be held accountable. Personal accountability is important in a business., especially when it affects your customer base and image. Too bad I can’t post photos. You’ll be horrified.

I live right around the corner and I usually get something from there once a week carryout. The service is some of the worst I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been timing it for the last few months the average time for me to get a double stack and a Frosty takes 25 minutes. Just a couple months ago I went in no customers stood there for 10 minutes before somebody came up and took my order. From what I can tell the staff prioritizes the food deliveries and drive-thru takes priority and walk-in customers are secondary!

The food here is great, especially for fast food and the service when you can get a HUMAN is great but ever since they introduced that “Fresh AI” nonsense it’s made me dread going through the drive through.
That stupid AI always messes up my order and tries to upsell me on nonsense and forces either a worker to take over or me to go inside and order thus the AI defeats its own purpose 9 times out of 10.
Honestly fresh AI is hot garbage and there’s a strong chance I won’t be returning to this Wendy’s until they remove it.

Review for our take-out visit on 4/20/2025 at 3:40 PM:
The woman taking drive-thru orders (white and blonde) was rude and impatient. Our group of five was being polite while ordering, but she rushed us so much that we had to drive around and order again. Her attitude was unprofessional, and when we asked for extra butter for one potato, she gave us 11 packets — an unnecessary and wasteful amount. On top of that, she forgot to include the nuggets that were supposed to come with the Biggie Bag meal that included the potato. Very disappointing service.

I ordered 2 meals through the drive thru and before I left the parking lot, I checked out the food. Not one single item was hot or fresh. The fries were lukewarm and the burger and nuggets were cold. Disappointed so much that I will never order from Wendy’s again
