KFC is a widely known restaurant known for its KFC Original Recipe with its secrete 11 herbs and spices mix. Well at least that’s my thought when I go to KFC. Not this restaurant however I find myself on two occasions ordering chicken that tastes like someone cooked it from their own kitchen. None of the usual 11 herbs and spices are tasted. When I purchased at this location the first time I thought they had an over rush and had to make a batch quickly leaving out some of the ingredients, but both times we were the only customers. So if you are like me that loves those 11 herbs and spices THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO GO TO GET IT. This looks good but looks can be deceiving. Don’t settle get what you paid for.

Arrived here Saturday 2/21 in the evening. And I’ve never heard this before except for in comedy. They were out of chicken, and told me I had to wait 22 minutes if I wanted some. How are you open and collecting a paycheck if you have no chicken at a chicken restaurant, you need to turn off the lights and say you’re closed.

I came here on 1/2/26 the store was clean but the lobby is very cold. Seen a heavy set lady and a gay guy working must be the mgrs he was friendly I ordered for a 12 pc hot wing its on the menu as a combo but it says in fine print wings only so I had to buy a side and drink the wings were fresh the fries were good but $4 come on kfc that’s high it wasn’t bad but when its cold and ppl come inside to eat its for heat plz get some

Cashier was impatient telling us we have go back outside (in snow and rain to boot) and use the drive thru since she’s running orders by herself. Ok, a mild inconvenience. (Not her fault she’s running the whole show; that’s on management and corporate. Felt sorry for her.)
Then, in the drive thru she kept rushing us though we assured her there was no one behind us. Very high prices made it hard for our family to decide quickly but since no one pulled up, I don’t know why she couldn’t wait a couple minutes. Bad experience. Def won’t be back.

Workers are fine, but management needs to be fired. Absolutely the worst location in the city. No one working even though there is 5 people walking in and out. 1 hour wait for online order after I showed up

Wings made my husband and I sick. We waited for fresh wings and once they were done no one told us but kept looking at us as we waited. Also saw a staff member drop a customers food and quickly pick it up to place it in their box with her bare hands. I’ll never eat here again.

first and last time coming to this kfc. customer services was the worst, one lady I believe is the manager , She to big to be walking around with a attitude, food was cold, I watched her pack my order and drop my biscuit on the counter and put it back in the box. My partner and I wanted to try KFC and this location has the worst customer service I have ever seen. Ordered 2 combos with extra crispy, told to wait 17 minutes; ok fine no worries. 40 minutes later still nothing and told they havent even dropped them in the fryer yet. During that 40 minute wait they were laughing about us asking how much longer it would take, having a smug grin when he told us he didnt drop the food in the fryer yet. Very rude staff, we left because I could not deal with it.
