The wait is always long, it would be worth it if the wait if the employees were not rude. I’ve been here once eating personally and I wouldn’t go back to this location. I drive DoorDash regularly so I go in there often and still the employees are always rude and they often ignore customers. If your wanting good customer service, this is not the place.

I don’t know how there are any good reviews for this particular Arby’s, I honestly think the most recent good reviews are from people who have gotten very lucky with the service they got at that particular time. I live 10 minutes down the road from this Arby’s and have given them so many chances and each time me or my husband have been very disappointed with their employees, the service is terrible, they mess orders up often. You ask for it to be corrected you get additudes or hardly any response from the employees, not even an apology! Most of the time the employees act as if they hate their jobs no one ever seems to be in a good mood and acts super friendly or sounds happy to serve you. I will admit the service seems to be a little better during the day time around lunch hours. my husband and I havd mostly come to this Arby’s for dinner and the service is so bad in the late afternoons. They always forget sauces or mess something up! People your jobs are not that difficult especially if it’s obviously not busy no one should be messing up any orders! Double check the bags before they go out to the customers and stop overfilling the bags! Use more then one bag if you must, We have had bags break on us because they try to put too much into one bag. Doing this makes it difficult for the customer to check the bags before leaving the driveway to make sure everything is in the bag! Please do better or get better management to handle the employees. It’s sad because a lot of the times at fast food places their is no manager to talk to about these issues or if there is a manager available they are just as bad! You can call the corporate lines for complaints and you will get automated responses and they send you coupons that’s it! I don’t think anyone higher up ever calls or visiting these places with bad reviews and does anything to fix it! I refuse to believe it when nothing has changed for so very long.

They would receive a 5 for food but this is the second time in two weeks that I have received a hamburger bun for the roast beef sandwhich with mold on it. The first time I thought it maybe was an accident but this is the second time.

Garbage, spend your money somewhere else. Food was cold, all of the condiments had honey or something sticky spilled all over them, the fries taste like they made them last week, kept them behind the fridge and the reheated them for my order. Zero customer service and so over priced.

Ordered the classic roast beef. Sandwich had 3 chunks of meat on it. Was gross looking, not at all the shaved roast beef I am used too. This is happening at this location several times.

My wife and I went through the drive thru that ! The young man was very friendly. He pull us up and told us that he was going to make everything fresh for us . Spent around $20. This visit was in Grovetown and not one on Washington Rd. It been remodel. Wait til it’s finish then go.
The food was hot! I was craving the 2 for $7 which use to be 2 for $5, $6. It’s inflation beware of yearly price hikes.

Got delivery and called because the meat is fat and disgusting. You can’t even chew it on the sandwich I ordered. I was told they couldn’t do anything and post my review. Never have I have received such bad customer service or food from an arbys!!!!

Great food but horrible and disrespectful workers. Ive tried getting food from this place twice and each time they’ve been incredibly rude, careless, and annoyed and they’ve messed up at least one thing every time. Worst fast food place in the area and making me not want Arbys anymore.

Just ordered the new spicy chicken sandwich and it was the perfect level of spicy, I’d probably eat it again. My only problem was the lack of customer service at the drive through window, she clearly would get fired from chick -fil-a because it definitely wasn’t her pleasure. If your life sucks don’t take it out on others. I’ll dine in and order next time.

Picked up lunch. I always like to open my sandwich and spread the meat out and check for fat. Ate one half, opened the other half up to check and there way a fly in the folds of the meat as I was picking the fat off my sandwich. Ick. Spend 28.00.
