The order taker/cashier Ross was so friendly and funny that it made my morning! I don’t think I’ve ever said “that was a fun trip through the drive thru” before, but it was! Fast service with some laughs, while still being professional – make this man a manager, or give him a raise!!! Food was great, and he got me with the upsell for the strawberry and creme pies, because I forgot that getting two was such a good deal v. just getting one. Great job all around!!!

Absolutely appalling experience. I tried to place an order through the drive-thru and gave them my code—apparently, they couldn’t understand it, so they just stopped talking and refused to take my order. I switched to curbside and ended up waiting 20 minutes in my car with zero communication. When I finally went inside, the place was chaotic, and I had to track someone down just to get my food. And when I finally received it? Cold.
This is the second time I’ve had this exact nightmare here. Do yourself a favor: do not order curbside from this location if you actually want your food. Utterly unacceptable

I need a refund and money for gas. There was an E-Coli outbreak. These people sell me a doublequater pounder with bacon and I bite into at the meat is raw. Some folks that work at this location have not been top-notch with their customer service. I just cannot eat this. This is just not acceptable. They did not even try. Please refund me my money.

in-dining customer service experience is terrible. The franchisee of this location needs to roll his/her sleeves up and get in here. The below 4-star rating in Google Maps is a reflection upon you. This McDonald’s is short of workers, and no employee is visible behind the counter. They appear to cater to the drive-thru and delivery orders more than the folks who drive to the restaurant and eat-in. Slow service with longer than average wait times. Been here twice, please remind me not to pick this spot any time soon. ✌

So everyone knows McDonald’s are a dime a dozen. But THIS ONE IS GREAT! I’m chronically addicted to the caramel frappes every McDonald’s I’ve been to in the past 10 years of my life I’ve always said “give me as much whipped cream as possible” these guys don’t disappoint! My McChickens are always fresh and hot. Orders always correct and they are always nice. I love this McDonald’s.

The fries were overcooked dark dark brown fried weren’t even salted. Ask for ketchup got two packs as for mayonnaise got one pack. The food was cold and the service was shity.
