Prasad and his team catered our wedding brunch (pre-ceremony) in south Tampa. We heard the food was spectacular! Andhra food is the best and PBC Factory serves real Andhra food. Unfortunately bride & groom didn’t get to try the chai or rasamalai but we heard they were soooo good from our American guests and Indian guests! We also didn’t get to attend the brunch and neither did my parents, and the coordinator gave away all of our food so we didn’t have any leftovers either. We didn’t get to really enjoy any part of our brunch. Our photographer also missed taking pictures of the food so unfortunately I have no pictures to share (if your team took pictures, please text them to me)! Thank you Prasad for making the best Kathi rolls and puffs in town. We will come in to try the rasamalai and chai. We appreciate all of your hard work! I recommend PBC Factory to anyone wanting authentic South Indian food in the area, and trying real Indian street food. It is our favorite!

The food was very good. I had the Fried Rice with Egg, and it was perfect! Butter chicken was tasty but light on flavor in regard to spice and seasoning. The dining area could use some attention. It didn’t look like tables were wiped down frequently. Inspection of the bathroom was disappointing. The toilet seat was cracked, and the toilet itself honestly just needs to be replaced. The mirror has a thick white residue on it?? Overall, I really enjoyed the food, but the environment could use some love. ❤️❤️❤️

My family and I were on our way home from a long trip so decided to order from this place on UberEats and this is probably THE worst Indian meal that I’ve EVER tried to eat.

There was a FREE pani puri on the ticket that wasn’t free but I didn’t have an issue with that however there is a LOT that my family and I did have issues with!

My chicken biryani was made with lumps of powdered masala (spices) so they were not slow cooked into the rice, rather mixed into pre cooked rice!!! VERY crappy dish and the owner should be ashamed to serve such poor quality in a city like Tampa!

The butter chicken and Paneer Tikka Masala was bland and the curry was watery. The pulao rice is NOT what pulao rice is!!! You have added a little color and toasted cumin to rice and given it a false name!

The roti that was served is reminiscent of pre made refrigerated roti that can be purchased around the corner from this place for a fraction of the price!

The raita that came with my biryani looked like it had tap water in it!!!!

We are VERY disappointed and not only will I never give this restaurant another chance but I will let anyone and everyone that I know not to patron a restaurant that obviously has NO pride in what comes out of your kitchen!

There are a LOT of Indian restaurants in Tampa bay that will seem like 5 star joints compared to this place!

My wife actually said to me “the menu looks like there is too much on it, do you think they will be good?” And my answer was let’s give them a shot but you made me eat my words because I’m still hungry after spending almost $100 to feed my family of 4 and throwing out your crappy food.

The video shows some of the nasty food.

Huge sized Dosas that delivered on taste and flavour . The provided chutneys were good as well although the sambar could be improved, but thats just my preference.
Awesome ambiance, friendly accommodating staff, and comfortable seating throughout the place.

Felt like India away from India, will definitely come back whenever I miss India again❤️

Nice and fun atmosphere to eat in. Only reason I gave four star because they didn’t have goat meat the day I went in and it was one of the reason I went there but I was not disappointed by other food I ordered. Food came pretty soon. Some of the Indian restaurant’s spice level very high even though you order medium or high spicy food but here be careful. Please let the cashier know what level of spice you want in your food. Staff were very nice and try their best to explain the dish. Food was very good. We ordered Apollo fish and chicken biryani. I think two people can easily eat chicken biryani. They have good portion of pastries selection!

My husband wanted spicy food and their menu boasted Vijaywada Chicken Biryani…it was excellent. We were not so sure initially, plus asked for spicy version. We got a real spicy one. I did use the yogurt provided with it. The dish was both tasty and the chicken very tender, plus they serve a generous amount. My husband was in food heaven! They were very quick and courteous. We will go again!

This place used to be called Pastries and chaat and looks like they’ve renamed it. Food is decent, huge quantity for the price they charge. We had schezwan noodles, fried rice, biriyani and pepper goat with Naan. For dessert we had rasmalai and it qas superb. Noodles were excellent, very flavorful. Goat was good as well. Service is quick. When you are done, you are expected to clear the plates. Bathroom was not up to the mark, could be cleaner and ambience could be better.

One thing we quickly learned about Tampa, Florida is that it is home to a bustling Indian population. We were delighted to see many restaurant choices and many Indian markets! The only problem we then have is which one should we choose to eat at? Simple: choose the one that is full of people. PBC Factory was just that. After eating there we noticed a few things that set it apart from other restaurants similar to it. The prices are generally lower, the quality is just as high, and they have digital systems in place that make it very easy to order. This is great for people on the go. Everything we ordered was vegan and the Chef personally served us and walked us through the options. A+ customer service! We had (my favorite Indian dish) Gobi Manchurian , Samosa Chaat, and Masala Dosa. I noticed that chef utilizes citrus more than other Indian restaurants we’ve eaten at. I love that. The lemony touch is an incredible addition. Well done chef. Next time we are in Tampa we will definitely visit

Currently our favorite Indian restaurant in Tampa. Amazing food. Good quantity. Biryani, chili gobi, samosa chaat, puff are some of the items we tried so far and they were pretty good.
They have disposable spoons, plates, glasses and to-go boxes kept at one corner and it’s self service. Food is also served in disposables.
We like that they don’t have restricted hours and we can grab food any time of the day.
Hope they start making Indo-Chinese soon as they were out every time we have been there even though it’s on their menu.

Update: We visited today and they had Indo Chinese. We ordered Schezwan fried rice and gobi manchurian. Both the dishes were phenomenal. Taste was similar to how we get in India. I definitely recommend trying Indo-Chinese along with other dishes. They also have Groupon deal going on. Do check it out.

Absolutely wonderful!! It’s fast become one of my favourite places, the food is fantastic! My favourite right now is the boneless chicken biryani, the rice is soft fluffy and the aromatic, the sauce is awesome, I have had the tandoori pompano and that was great too, never had a so so meal let alone bad one here, you won’t be disappointed. Nice casual dining, love it!!
