This is so disgusting!!! My son picked up a mobile order like 2 hours ago has been sipping on his sweet tea and this is what he found at bottom of his tea a DEAD FLY!!! GROSS!!! I tried to call to speak to a manager but of course no one picks up the phone!!

Over the years, we rarely had issues with this location, however, we were sorely disappointed with last night’s experience. It was around 9:15pm and the Drive-thru line was backed up due to what appeared to be a problem with the ticket printer. This led to everyone’s orders being wrong and out of sync with the cars in line. When we finally got our meal and arrived home, noticed that my Quarter Pounder was raw, but not before taking a bite. I drove back to the store and was returned my money for the burger and was given a new one. This new one was severely overcooked and shrunken because as I was told “the grill press isn’t cooking Quarter Pounders correctly”.
I’m thankful that I was able to get a refund, however I would recommend that if there is a problem with a peice of equipment, it would be better to 86 items cooked on it rather than risk making someone sick.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! Every time I go to this location my order is WRONG…. I used the app for the Big Mac. Then ordered a MCCHICKEN AND MCDOUBLE. Was given a Big Mac a McDouble and a COKE… whrn I told them it was wrong. Instead of just giving me the sandwich they wanted to refund the order and make it a hassle… you make out bettet giving me the sandwich and charging me for a soda I gave back

I don’t go to this location often because when I have they seem to mess something up. Today I ordered a large vanilla iced coffee and used reward points off of my app. The woman handed it to me at the window and the drink is literally all creamer. I told the woman I get these all the time and it’s not right. She said if she makes it again it’ll turn out the same way. Super disappointed I wasted my points on something I had to throw out. If I spent my money on this I would’ve given it back and demanded my money back bc it’s inedible.

Ordered a quarter pounder with cheese on the mobile app. Made sure I put no pickles, no onions. Received this thrown together slop that had both pickles and onions on them. EVERY TIME I place an order at this location, it’s WRONG, or looks like a five year old threw it together. Whoever is the GM of this location should be ashamed at the abysmal standards of quality you allow your staff to produce. Do better.

Location was clean and modern. Staff were friendly and food came out hot and tasty. Prices were a little high but it was fine. Try some Hot Mustard on your Sausage McMuffin, it’s indeed supreme. Overall, I recommend.
