I ordered wooper junior 3 of them with fries , my burger was nasty , meet patty was smelly and have foul odder, I spoke to the general manager far who was very rude and helpful to offer me a refund or remake . He said u eat half of it I cannot do any thing about it, I left the food behind without any solution to the problems, it’s ok I will never go back there and I am urging other customers please choose some better places that run with professional people , he said this place was run by an Indian owner and refused a refund after I explained the situation. I would recommend not going here as the meat had a foul odor and the manager was a very disrespectful manager and refused to give refunds

Service is slow, the staff are argumentative, and management is poor.
This location is an embarrassment to the Burger King brand. Despite having plenty of employees, they can’t process orders effectively or efficiently.
They were out of buns and Whopper sandwiches, so why even stay open?
Staff argued with an elderly gentleman about there being no trays for dine-in customers, claiming they were unusable, even though the pictures clearly show where they are.
To top it off, the ice cream had a strong “fridge smell,” likely from improper storage, which can cause unpleasant tastes and odors.

I recently visited this Burger King and had an absolutely wonderful experience. Everything was truly top-notch.
The staff here is the best! They were all friendly, attentive, and incredibly efficient, making sure my order was handled quickly and correctly. The excellent service made the meal so much more enjoyable.
What really stood out was the management. I want to give a special shout-out because the manager is good in behavior—very professional, kind, and clearly sets a positive tone for the entire team. It’s clear that their leadership contributes directly to the high quality of service provided by everyone.
I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for great food and even better customer service!

I visited again this Burger King and same had an outstanding experience! The service was awesome and quick like I visited last time, efficient, and exactly what you’d hope for during a meal out. The staff was incredibly friendly, greeting me with warm smiles and attentive to every detail of my order. Their positive attitude made my visit even more enjoyable. I visited this location last night and ended up stuck in the drive-thru for over an hour. As it turns out, there was only one person working the entire shift. He was handling the cooking, the bagging, and the window all by himself. Massive props to that
employee—he was clearly under immense stress and doing his best—but management should be ashamed for leaving him in that position.
My primary issue, however, is with the dangerous design of the drive-thru. Once you pull into this line, you are effectively trapped. There is no bypass lane and no way to exit the queue. We, along with several other cars, wanted to leave after realizing the wait time, but we were forced to stay against our will until every car in front of us cleared out.
This is a serious safety concern:
• Medical Emergencies: What happens if a driver or a passenger has a medical crisis while pinned between concrete curbs and other vehicles?
• Emergency Services: There is no way for an ambulance or fire truck to get to someone in the middle of that line.
• General Safety: Forcing people to remain in a line they no longer wish to be in is a lawsuit waiting to happen.
Burger King needs to rethink these “trap” designs. It’s not just inconvenient; it’s a liability. I will be contacting the Virginia attorney general, as well as my personal lawyer. This is unacceptable. I will make sure to file action with the courts.

I ate there around 12:30pm on a Tuesday. To be honest I wasn’t expecting much, but for a fast food restaurant it really wasn’t bad. The young lady who took our order provided good customer service. She was wearing a headset so I believe she was working the drive thru as well as the front counter.
The food was served up in only a couple of minutes. The Whopper Meal was good and just what I expected it to be. The onion rings were pretty much bite-sized and cooked properly. The french fries were not as good as many other fast food restaurants, but they were very clean with no burns or skin residue.
During my visit, a work crew was in the lobby area and it looked like they were installing a couple of kiosks, which I’m guessing will be used in the future to assist with allowing people to place orders.
The parking lot had plenty of parking spaces available.

The drive-thru experience is always hit and miss here. If you get the young gentleman, it’s usually a good experience. This time I got the young lady with the glasses, terrible experience. Just a hint of decent customer service for her would go a long way.

Went today and dont even know where to start. Ordered my daughter a 6 piece nugget kids meal for the Halloween box and toy. I ordered myself a cheeseburger. Was handed the kids meal in a bag with a chocolate chip cookie. MY DAUGHTER CANT EAT CHOCOLATE! No toy. The employee said they were out of toys and thats why she got the cookie. I asked if she could have ice cream AFTER she ate and he said OK. 20 seconds later he’s handing me the ice cream. I had to ask for a spoon. I got a fork because they were out of spoons. Meanwhile I was still waiting on my cheeseburger and went to ask. Employee seemed confused and just handed me one of the heating area. Wasn’t mine. Had to go back and wait another 5 minutes for them to make it correctly. Finally sat down to eat when another family came and sat across from us. A boy with a kids meal and a toy with it. Was told they didnt have toys. Oh and my daughter got her nuggets in a bag instead of the Halloween box. Went to ask manager about the toy since my daughter couldn’t eat melted ice cream with a fork. Manager had no idea what I was even talking about. He said I needed a receipt to get a refund from days ago. What?? I didn’t want a refund. I wanted to know why we didnt get a toy with the kids meal. After explaining time and time again he went and grabbed the toy and gave it to us. This BK is a joke and should be held to BK standards. Dirty uniforms, no name tags, no hats, no idea what they are doing. Manager didnt look any better. Whatever franchise owns this place now really shouldn’t own any BKs.

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience at this Burger King. The food was not good and extremely expensive for the quality. The customer service was poor from the very beginning. The person who took my order in the drive-thru was very rude, and when I received my order, it was incomplete. On top of that, the person who handed me my food practically threw it at me and just said, “Here is your order,” with no courtesy at all. Overall, this was a terrible experience and not worth the price. I paid almost $60 for 2 #1 1 kids menu and 1#5.
