God’s Favorite
I visited this location yesterday morning during the first shift and was disappointed with my experience. My food was cold when I received it, so I asked for it to be remade. The staff did remake the order, but unfortunately it still was not fresh. At that point, I didn’t feel comfortable eating it.

For a morning visit, the parking lot seemed unusually empty, which stood out.

I placed an online mobile order in the parking lot as it generally takes a long time to receive food as they cook it. I ordered on the app, ensuring I used the correct location and ensuring I received my invoice. I was charged 31.12 for my family’s order of food. I went into the drive through line to wait to receive it and due to wait, it took 20 mins to get to window. They informed me that they could not find my order and to drive around. I waited about 7 mins then when no one came out, I wondered how they’d be making my food if they could not find my order, so I went inside to show them the order so I can get my food. She called someone on the phone and read off my order so I assumed they were making it now. I showed her the email invoice confirmation with location, date, and time, and that the payment went through. I also showed her the invoice on the app. They asked me to show the bank statement. I produced this on my banking app as well. At this point, I was there for like 40 mins and I called her over to check and she responded that I need to dispute the charge with my bank. So I stepped aside to dispute it and showed her the text message from the bank chat that said they would dispute it and that the bank confirmed the payment did post through and it was not on my end. After confirming all of that, I asked her how long she thought it would be before the food was ready and she acted surprised that after over an hour I might want my food. I said.. well I thought you guys were making it with all this back and forth and me showing you my order and she said no, but I can reorder it with her. I asked if I would have to pay after an hour and she said yes, per her manager. So I left without any food after over an hour. Terrible management. I don’t necessarily think it is the service members fault since managers are behind every decision. But that was absolutely abysmal on the managers part, a terrible experience, and a waste of my time. I would add photos of all of my order recipes with time stamps and my discussion with bank chat if I could, honestly.

I placed my order online for asap pick up, but I didnt come asap I came 30mins later threw drive thru.. so when I finally got to the windows I still had to wait on my order. I get my order get home and its wrong as hell but I refuse to drive 15mins back up there for them to fix it.. thats why its best to check your food right there at the window instead of trusting they know what they doing. Smdh

The food was good, but we were missing our onion rings. The review is 3 stars because the service was terrible. I thanked the girl taking my order, when she gave me my card and drinks, and after she brought my order out. I smiled at her each time, as well. Not one time did she ever acknowledge me or respond to me. I could understand if I was rude to her, but I wasn’t, so she could’ve at least smiled or said you’re welcome once. I also did not receive my receipt after the girl said it would be in my bag.

Employee was very rude while taking my order. When I arrived at the window she continued to have a attitude; I ask her what was the issue because her energy was very off and then stated if something was wrong she wouldn’t be there, that defeats the purpose your energy revealed that you didn’t want to be there obviously. Also gave me my receipt with force and more attitude. I was directed to pull around to the other side so that they could make the food fresh. When my food was brought to me it was messy slapped together. It’s so sad you spend your money just for people to do the absolute worse job when making your food with attitude at that.

This lady has the nastiest attitude. Definitely shouldn’t be working at anyone’s restaurant. I ordered the breakfast plate with extra grits and butter. When I got my food I simply said I ordered an extra side of grits. She responded, you didn’t check your box. I said that it’s supposed to be in a separate container. She responded that they were out of the container and she put it in the box. Definitely not the portion for a side but. Ok. No butter and a lot of attitude. How is a customer supposed to know what you’re out of? Running out of something is understandable. A sour personality and attitude is not. This woman is undoubtedly ruining your business. As I’m sure this is not the first or only complaint about her. She is short dark skinned and heavy set.
The people who help to pay her salary shouldn’t be treated like their not welcome to ask for the items they have purchased.

Lastly I found a piece of hair in my food once I finished. Wow. Lesson learned.

Staff is not paying attention to mobile orders. Excessive wait left me ‘vulnerable’ to solicitors in the parking lot. Staff took no responsibility for their error and did not offer a compensation or concession.

Placed an online order for drive thru 30 minutes prior to pick up in which the order was already paid for . A female worker said that the hood vent cleaners were there and that the restaurant was closed , I proceeded to tell her that I’ve already paid and she repeated the same phrase (Sir the restaurant is closed for 2 hours we cannot serve any food) 2 more times . I asked to speak to a manager she acknowledged she was the manager on duty and that there was nothing she could do . I then proceeded to asked if the restaurant was going to be closed why not disable online or mobile ordering in which she replied. We don’t have access to that . So in other words I’ve wasted my time and money dealing with this restaurant and it’s hard to think this is how they would treat customers . If I could give zero stars for this interaction I would .
