One of the more expensive tacobells and one of the worst quality tacobells in grand rapids. For 13 dollars for 2 tacos and 3 chicken Flatbread melts, I feel like the quality should be much better. All 3 melts were dry and falling apart. I 1000 percent recommend adobe over tacobell. Adobe is 5 min away and the food is cheaper and much better quality.

This Taco Bell is one of the best! The staff is so awesome and ALWAYS is kind to me! My orders are quite literally never wrong, and I modify almost everything. Not that I would recommend doing that because everything is always SO good! Shoutout to this crew for always making me the best after work snack! 🙂

Food was cold, nothing inside the burritos were melted at all. Looks like it was just thrown together. Also barely anything was inside my Crunchwrap supreme so I was just basically eating tortilla. And my friends burrito was wet for some reason??

Got a coupon for a chicken cantina so I decided to treat my 3rd shift coworkers to some Baja blasts since they were 4 for $4 on the app. Went at like 1130pm and they were not busy AT ALL but they still got 3 of the 4 drinks wrong and I did not receive the sauces I ordered with the cantina. In addition, the burrito was sad and from the pic u can see it’s 90% tortilla with just enough stuff inside to say there’s something in there. Disappointment for me and my 3 other coworkers, should be ashamed.

If you wanna get rude service while they prepare your food then this place isfor you…. Poor attitudes and inconsistent with what type of payment they accept.. apparently is card only even if you have exact amount. They will let you order wait in a horrible line just to refuse service cause they don’t accept cash yet they don’t inform you that before ordering.

I am ALLERGIC to mammalian meat. I can’t ingest it.
And Uber Eats wouldn’t refund me so now I am Stuck with no dinner for the night.
This is why everyone hates your store.
You can’t be bothered to nuke some chicken and just serve me food that will make my deathly ill instead.
SERIOUSLY I WILL BE CALLING CORPORATE TOMORROW!
And i’ll be in with my receipt and a picture of the food i received because ya’ll owe me dinner that won’t kill me.

I understand you guys may be under paid but that’s not on me so therefore I don’t expect my food to come out the way it does because you hate your job. My son’s tacos were smushed bad. My cheese roll ups didn’t consist of much cheese at all. Nor was it melted. The sad thing is yall wasn’t even busy!

Worst Taco Bell experience I’ve ever had. Ordered 4 vegetarian items and received meat in all 4, including chicken in the cheese quesadilla. They definitely did this on purpose, because that isn’t just a “I didn’t notice the changes,” type situation. I will never order here again.

One time I went to Cheesecake Factory, it took 45 minutes to get my chicken sandwich, then they dropped it on the floor and had to make another. I think I ended up getting my food quicker there than at this Taco Bell. Food tastes fine.
