A very rare gem in Delaware. Food was fantastic.
Our server was so patient with us even though the place was packed and she was busy. Went upstairs to the bourbon bar. An unbelievable variety of bourbon and the couches and decor were very sophisticated with a laid back atmosphere. The bourbon specialists (can’t call them bartenders) were so nice even when I tried to put the golden Whistle Pig in my purse. You have to experience this place.

A definite spot to come to if you are in Delaware. We had a. Chicken and original gyro for lunch, it was great and very fresh. Kyle our bartender was awesome great to talk to and very knowledgeable. Be prepared for the wall of liquor! Many to choose from!

Consistently great food! I love the chicken kopanisti gyro. It’s been my go-to meal for years. Customer service is always great. The owner, Genti, is very friendly and personable and always stops to say “hi” when he sees me. He pours so much time and effort into his business and the efforts are very apparent. It’s also an excellent place if you’re into bourbons.

We went on a busy week night. Everyone was working hard but no one made us feel rushed. The staff was wonderful. The food was great and came out in a timely fashion. The drinks were delicious and came quickly as well. Opa was a perfect spot for our date night and we’ll definitely be back!

With about 1300 bourbon/whiskey options, you will be hard pressed to not find what you are looking to try.
All of the food is great, with many items crafted with “Bourbon-sauce” options.
While this is know for bourbon and Greek cuisine, I was surprised to see so many beer options as well.
Many craft local brews on tap and some o have not seen else where.
Service is attentive and friendly.
Overall this is a top notch Mediterranean tavern, that I recommend you check out anytime you are near the Delaware area.

This place is absolutely fantastic! The owners are great and very responsive, which shows in the constant upgrades to the atmosphere. The drinks are always top-tier, backed by a huge bar selection and very knowledgeable bartenders. The food is authentic and tastes great every single time. Shared a great lunch experience with my wife today at Opa’s new location. Genti has done a remarkable job creating a comfortable yet upscale vibe… Our food was excellent and our waitress “Kat” was super friendly and efficient. My burger was done to perfection with fantastic fries on the side. My spouse had the Kopanisti Gyro with chicken which she enjoyed thoroughly. If you are bourbon “fan” this is the place to make your dreams come true!!!
