Wish I didn’t have to give them 1 star. This is my review right? So wheres the negative star option cuz mcds on 33rd is trash. Sat waiting for 15 20 min for big mac meal. Figure atleast itll be hot. I get thd food and dont know if they were watching it cool down before handing it out but it was far from warm. So much so i didnt belive i should consume any more of it. And went into the trash. The sandwich looked as if they were in rush hour and didnt have time to make it presentable. Looked like garbage thrown into a box. Ill NEVER EAT at another mcds again and will slander there name as much as humanly possible

Walked in , sat at the bar two of the girls were talking to me, they didn’t speak English but we’re very pushy and upset that I didn’t speak Spanish. Called the bartender twice, she was busy, not serving but just talking away. I walked in ready to spend money and have a good time. walked out disappointed. Unwelcoming environment. Will not return.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. The employee working the drive-thru headset was extremely rude and unprofessional. He repeatedly cut me off while I was speaking and then flat-out refused to take my order. That is not a mistake—that’s a choice, and it shows complete disrespect for customers. If someone doesn’t want to do their job or speak to people with basic decency, they should not be working customer service. This was one of the worst McDonald’s drive-thru experiences I’ve had. Management seriously needs to address this employee’s behavior because it reflects terribly on the entire locatio

We have been using the app lately. Last time we decided to actually go in to the post modern hole where no one would take our order. We were told we had to place our own order. After placing our order it took over 20 minutes for our 1 BigMac to be made while others were rotating through and drive through had no apparent issues. To be honest the thought of taking a random bag and walking out crossed our minds, we didn’t but how would they’ve even known until much later? This isn’t a restaurant anymore it is a factory.

This isn’t “fast” food anymore. You will get parked every time you go through the drive through here because they want their numbers to look good in the system when in reality they suck. Even if people get parked after you, everyone will get their food at the same time… No matter how long it takes them to get through everyone’s order. If you’re on a time crunch or short lunch break go somewhere else.

Morning staff is really good. They’re fast or at least they’re doing their job how there supposed to instead of at their own leisure like the night people.
Now night time is a totally different story cause they’re one of the only places open all night n it’s like they know that so they know ppl will come no matter how slow they are. They take orders, have you pay, send you to park to bring it out. You cannot get curbside tho after w certain time so you order online then are told to go through the drive thru where you’re told to park so they could bring it out. This becomes a problem for me when I order something simple like small fries med frappe which is been ordered ahead of time but still I get stuck behind everyone who just got ripped to pull around… People who actually have food that prolly isn’t already ready but fries n frappe? And God forbid I decide to go inside because I’m there early enough to and my car does not like to idle very well it tends to want to die on me and it causes problems so a lot of times I just want to go in and wait for my mobile order. Usually at most places it is faster. But not at this McDonald’s it’s just as slow

Cold and unwelcoming.
McDonald’s used to be the role model of fast food and now it’s a joke.
No one greets you or offers immediate service to take your order and serve you promptly.
The McDonald’s brothers would be appalled.
