Ordered for delivery. Usually their food is wonderful and delicious. I was really hungry, so I ordered a chicken sandwich and a large order of onion rings because they usually taste very delicious with the dipping sauce. Ample time was allowed for them to prepare the order. When I finally got it and looked in the bag, instead of a large onion ring, they had french fries instead and had only like four onion rings on top. Not trying hard enough. No offer to help or anything like that. I would seriously think twice before ordering from here. Definitely not qualified. As an official Google guide, I will also tell you the public that they are not recommended.

I was at the Burger King in Troy yesterday afternoon. In the middle of a concerning encounter with the Store manager and her assistant manager, I saw her picking up fries with her bare hands. I feel this is a public safety concern. Both managers showed multiple signs of being under the influence of a serious substance. Both managers pupils were extremely dilated, Also they could use some heigene counseling since the assistant manager was within 6 inches from my face because we had an issue using the rewards app. Not once did we raise our voice. They both overreacted and the assistant manager was way too close to me and followed me outside to my car acting as if he was going to attack me because of the issue with the app. His hostile manner was not my concern. The chemical smell and vile body odor that was coming off him had my nose burning. I understand working in fast food can be overwhelming. There was no reason for either manager to turn a small situation into what almost was very close to a physical altercation with one of their customers. My concern is that the serious substance that they were using can be secreted from sweat. Her hands were definitely sweaty when she picked up the fries.

Ya know it’s kinda weird how sometimes you walk into a place and it’s like half good, half not, and that’s how this Burger King felt. Like the food wasn’t bad, it just took longer than it should’ve and the vibe felt a little all over the place. & that stuff adds up bc it hits the customer way more than the place probably thinks. It wasn’t awful or anything, just one of those ‘it’s fine but could be better’ kinda visits.

I took my family there the other night. I ordered the number 9 chicken sandwich with cheese. There was suppose to be 2 of them and they made a fish sandwich. I go up to get cheese and it took several min for him to get me cheese. I get back to my table and you can tell someone took a bite out of the cheese. Not ever going back. And the workers are standing outside smoking and there is cigarette butts all over and I mean a lot. Place is dirty.

Amazing food!! I was traveling and desperately wanted a burger but it was 9:45 am. I knew Burger King would have burgers and man was it amazing!! The fries were absolutely fried to perfection & the burger was fresh & delish!!

Went to pick up up food the girl bagging the orders wouldn’t even acknowledge customers. Instead she turned and pulled the drive thru worker to address those at the line. While doing this and bagging orders she was eating fries…she the got upset when I asked her to remake my customers order do to her violating health code procedures and eating while touching customer food.

I ordered 2 bacon King burgers with no bun and 2 forks. They gave me 2 double cheese burgers plain wrapped in paper and two bags of lettuce, onion and pickle….no bacon, no forks, and a receipt that reads big king. Not what I ordered at all. I almost never go to burger King as it is but now I remember why.
