I was on my way to the Ice Castles, and I decided to stop here for lunch on the way.
Cheba Hut is one of my favorite spots, and I absolutely missed it!
I ended up getting a place at the bar to sit, and I went during the lunch rush, so it was pact and limited seating available.
I ended up getting a Hash Can drink, which is absolutely delicious, and Thai Stick sandwich is also very good.
I felt it could’ve used more chicken, but it was very good. I ended up eating it all instead of taking half home for dinner.
I also ended up getting the chocolate chip cookie, which was made fresh moments before buying it. I ate it when I got home that night, and I ate it all because how good and fresh it was.

Ordered the French dip and it had one layer of roast beef. My wife (who is usually a big fan of Cheba) ordered a grape ape and hers was much smaller than usual. Just another example of companies cutting corners to make more profit.

The food is usually delicious and ingredients fresh here, but my boyfriend’s sandwich only had one layer of turkey and a one very thin piece of bacon per half sandwich. He was disappointed and felt a tad bit ripped off. Not sure if this is normal here but just wanted to mention it here for others.

Cheba Hut is one of the few sandwich places in Summit County that is consistent in the quality of their food and gets orders done in a timely manner, despite always being slammed (there’s a reason- they’re great!).
I typically order modified sandwiches and never once have they messed up an order. We love going there after a day mountain biking or skiing.
One request- bring back the free drink cup special!

This place was so in theme and interesting to look around! From all the stickers from local and non local places to the artwork! The sweet lady who helped us out has us pointers on how to order and what to add to the subs! We love love loved this place!

I am giving 5 stars because their food is great. The food is fresh and the HH is great also. But I need to express a concern, I ordered a salad. I took the bell peppers off in the app, wrote special instructions about being allergic to Bell peppers. Ya know not to chance it. I was so disappointed when I started rooting around the salad. There was a pepper..I fortunately found it before ingesting it. If I had even eaten the area around the pepper it would have sent me into 2 weeks of a painful rash. Had to bring it to someone’s attention so they know that they didnt pay attention to the instructions. Sad.

I had the munchies and this place was heaven in my mouth. Perfect sandwich, perfect vibes, perfect time to get high. Cheba Hut is the bomb eat there and stay calm. I might still be high eating this rice crispy on the side. The meat was so neat. The Au Jus was so buss. I didn’t even have to wait so now I’m not late with my stomach full about to do my roll ready for the day before I fade away.

I work in a healthcare facility and we order catering once a month for 40-50 people. We have used several establishments in the Silverthorne/Dillon area. The team at Cheba Hut is always on it! They are super friendly, timely, the food is delicious. We love those guys and truly appreciate their consistent quality and professionalism. Highly recommend!

Stumbled upon this place while traveling thru Dillon and I’m glad I did. I loved the sandwich I ordered, with fresh ingredients and a warm toasted roll. It was really good. I’d stop at a Cheba Hut again for sure!
