Food tasted great, I got the fish sandwhich in the meat & 3 box, and a dr pepper. I finished my food. That was about three hours ago. I woke up in pain, and now (sorry for this, gross,) I’ve been stuck on the john for 20 min. I think something went bad. The server was great, she did great, and service was promt and stuff, i think the kitchen just needs a look through. Check dates, reclean surfaces. That kinda thing.

Worst Arby’s experience ever. Very lazy staff who cannot make their beef and cheddar sandwich right. When I came back in since my sandwiches had no cheddar I was just given a side of cheddar to put on my now cold sandwich.

Normally have a pretty satisfying meal here. We either go in or drive through but tonight was an exception. Ordered a beef Gyro, French dip and a classic sandwich. This is to the drive up and note we were the only car in the drive out in parking lot was empty so appeared nobody was even inside the restaurant. First, it took forever to get our food while we’re sitting at the window and we’re laughing how long it was taking to get these items. We are finally given the bag of our food and we took off to drive home which is about 4 to 5 mi away. Once you got home I realized that they totally forgot to give the dip with a French dip, which is the whole idea of orbiting a French dip. The french fries were so cold. It felt like they were sitting out in the open for 2 hours mushy and cold in the center. For $32 this is basically money throwing away tonight.

Great experience at this location. From the person who took the order to the quality of the food we got. Everything was piping hot, buns super fresh, and all condiments in the boxes along with napkins.

Trash. Rude staff, hard cold curly fries, and my wife’s steak nuggets bowl was literally cold, like fresh out of the fridge cold. Then when I went in to get it fixed, they took the food, which had been out of the restaurant, and put it back in the microwave, a huge health/safety no no. Waited in line for over 40mins got my order ,so happy I have my order and got home. Unwrapped the 2 french dip and the 2 fish and 1 Rueben. The Rueben was so soggy the bread was falling apart all the way through! small lump of corned beef and half a piece of swiss cheese !! THe fish burgers were the same soggy and that was without the lettuce and tomato! Dared to open the 2 French Dips (MY usual favorite) Ha! Bread was ok meat was circa half as much as before, and yes a half a slice of swiss cheese on each one. Called the place on Harrison and explained the problems, asked if they could deliver a reorder since this one was uneatable. Apparently they had no delivery drivers even though the web says the do deliver and they use “Doordash”. It was suggested I come back to the store and pick up a new order. Screem! I already waited 40mins in drive through line, wondering If I would run out of gas before I finally got to the window. Can’t say how disappointed and disgusted I am at the moment and I will think hard and fast about trying this arbys again since this is not the first order problem from there. O.K. wait for it, I got ALL this for only $33 ! P.S. I did feel sorry for the young man who did seem new, he tried very hard to be calm and helpful . GRRRR!

I always love the food at Arby’s. But the service is kinda ifee. I always believe that you treat people how you wanna be treated but not everybody goes by that I guess. Different strokes for different folks.

even if you clarify that you want a double and NOT a single, you may still get a single. It’s happened to me many times at this location. not sure who they have back there on the meat slicer, but they really need to be double checking the tickets before they send them out. thank you.
