You guys suck! I pre-ordered a ranch snack wrap with no cheese which was on the ticket you guys put on the outside of my package and I opened it up to find a bunch of cheese and no ranch. I want my money back. I can’t come back because I was trying to get something to eat on the go. Pathetic excuse for fast food

drive through guy sucked. couldn’t catch his name but we waited for 10 mins (no line at 9:30pm) before he answered and answered the other lady who got there after us, first. was utterly rude and didn’t even let us finish out order, cutting us off mid sentence. mean dude was on his phone too. we pulled up to the window- different guy served us and was nice to get our order right.

Placed an order on the app at 9:45 am and went through the drive through. The order was incorrect, missing a hash brown and a sausage McMuffin with egg. I had to go in to the restaurant to get it correctly filled. There was no apology,from staff members who seemed completely unconcerned. Very bad service.

i’m a manager at mcdonald’s and this was the worst customer service. the girl was very rude and looks like she hates her life. I was trying to use a code at the ordering screen and it wasn’t working and the person taking my order said i could use it at the window when it loads and then when i tried using it at the window the girl said i wasn’t allowed to use it because I HAD to use it at the menu which i know is not true because you can use a code when ordering or at the window, and then we said that and they told us we could use at the window and then she was like “okay well i’m parking you then” which we said was fine and we super nice to her and she was super rude for literally no reason. do better because she sucks. I know working at mcdonald’s sucks i understand but put a smile on your face and fake it till you make it, at the end of the day it’s your job and you shouldn’t be treating people like that.

I should have checked the reviews before coming here, honestly. But, would you eat this? They honestly expected me to. I got it in the drive-thru along with a sausage biscuit for my husband. It was hard the first time and cold. I took it back, they gave me a sausage McMuffin. I took that back and they gave me this. Why are we doing this? We’re paying for service and food because they’re making $15 an hour to assemble a sandwich. Just shut this down. It’s a waste of space.

I should have known something was wrong when the wrapper was inside out when I grabbed it out of the bag. I was already back at work since I ran out of time waiting 30 minutes for my walk in order. Definitely forgot to check order before leaving …

Went thru drive thru, order fish sandwich meal ask for my meal to be made to order. Pay cashier told them again how I wanted my food, told the person giving me my drink, said no problem to park. Park less than a minute and person brings out sandwich ask how so fast they said they had them cooking when I order, no fries says they are still cooking. Said ok, started to eat sandwich which was lukewarm meaning it was not cook to order. Went inside to let them know that it was not cook to order, people were very rude basically called me a liar and argued with me instead of saying I’m sorry I will make it right. What has become of customer service, we has become of this generation that wants to argue instead of doing your job. It’s not a hard thing that I ask. I will not go back to this McDonald’s. I’m not going to pay you to be disrespectful to me.
