Always did a good job when I went here to this location. Inside and through the drive thru. Also, this is a cool location because when I was a kid with St. John’s New Haven, this place has the teachers night here to celebrate and go to McDonalds to. Good place/location. And memories here.

Overall, the experience at McDonald’s was decent. The service was average, and the food was okay, nothing out of the ordinary. The dining area could use a bit more attention and upkeep, but it was still a satisfactory visit. Good spot for the kids though.

I’ve come here for a few drive-through and pick up orders when visiting New Haven. I can’t say that I’m overly impressed. The food at least at lunchtime is fresh. The line, unfortunately, move somewhat slow, but is faster than the ones in Fort Wayne. Overall, it’s a McDonald’s what can you expect.

Don’t come here if you are in a hurry or want your order right. I’ve been sitting here for 20 mins waiting in my food. I’ve seeen people go to the counter and get a refund because of the extremely long wait. Seems there care more about the drive through then the people who came inside. Definitely not like the old McDonald’s.

Edit: had good service tonight even in a rush it seems its just the GM that sucks and needs fired. Huge rush tonight and the manager Kayla had the place running smoothly while training. No disrespect, nothing was wrong with the order, it was fresh and fully cooked, and it didn’t take forever even with the rush. Which is not a normal occurrence for them. So great job Kayla and everyone who worked on 11/14 during the dinner rush. Im sorry you have to work under such horrible management.
Food wasnt as ordered. Forgot a fry, didnt put the correct amount of items on the burgers either that the app tells you specifically. Didn’t give the right sauce that we ordered. GM was there too I guess this place is just a joke. Oh and two of the burgers were completely WRONG. But we cant go back cause we had to walk today. Took forever to get our cups. Building was a mess too. Also this was all a mobile order so even less excuse. Sounds like EVERYONE especially the management needs retrained. If I would have messed up in any of these ways when I worked at mcdonalds I would have been fired. People got fired for less when I was there.

The one time I decide to stop and get breakfast for myself not only did I have to wait to place and receive my order(sausage burrito, bacon egg and cheese McGriddle and a hash brown) the frantic workers gave me the wrong order. She stuttered as to what the order was so all I heard was sausage and presumed they had the right one considering they have a screen inside telling them what’s up next.

Placed a order on the app, the money was took. I went to pick up the food with the receipt & the people at the McDonalds said they could not give me my food because it still showed a balanced was owed even though you can’t place a order with out paying. Horrible service & communication.

Every time we order here we are always missing items. You order a meal you’re missing fries or the drink. Want sauce with your nuggets? Better go to the store because you won’t get any from here. The manager is proof of how the employees are trained. You order multiple of something you will only get one.
