My husband and I met another couple for dinner on a Friday evening (5pm). It wasn’t very busy. We had a reservation but didn’t need one. The place was about 1/4 filled. Everything was DIVINE!!! We started with the Chicken Wings with a side of Ranch and Blue Cheese. Holy smokes!!! These are seriously the best wings I’ve EVER had. They are cooked 3 times… smoked, grilled and then fried. The Ranch and Blue Cheese were definitely homemade because they were creamy and flavorful. Then we had the Prime Rib with creamed corn (I’ve never had cream corn like this – it was AMAZING!) and beans. The Prime Rib was cooked to perfection. The Au Jus was perfect!! For our drinks we got Margaritas which were also very good. Our friends had the 3 meat combo (brisket, sausage and ribs). They also stated their meal was very good. From what I tried of their meal (brisket and sausage), I was in heaven. It was sooooo good!!! Our waitress was so kind and attentive – giving us the best feedback regarding their menu. She definitely was right on all accounts. We left with a great experience and full, satiated bellies. We’ll be back!!

We hadn’t been here since going gluten-free 14 years ago. When I saw they now offer a gluten-free menu, we decided to give them a try. The service was excellent—our waitress was very friendly and really knowledgeable about gluten-free needs and explained the precautions the kitchen takes when preparing gluten free orders.

For appetizers, we tried the sautéed mushrooms and sausage, and both were delicious! For my entrée, I had the grilled buffalo wings. Unfortunately, they were a letdown—just okay with an overly salty aftertaste. I also had a side of coleslaw. Coleslaw was great.

My daughter, who is also gluten-free, had the bbq potato with brisket and said it was delicious. My son, also gluten-free, had the ribs, brisket, turkey and potato salad. He thought everything was just okay.

Overall, the meal itself was mediocre, especially for the price, but we were really pleased with the gluten-free options and the care they took in handling them.

The service was excellent! Per our request they seated us next to the tv so my bf could watch the football game. After ordering our food, we received it 10 minutes later. Our server was attentive and friendly. The food was delicious, my favorite was the brisket! My boyfriend loved the fried okra

This place is great. Friendly staff and customers having a great time. I was lucky to come on a night with live music playing old country tunes. I highly recommend the turkey, it is so great and I love it with their homemade BBQ sauce. When you walk in you are greeted with photos of celebrities who make sure to swing by during their visit. If you are looking for a nice family dinner with good food and great vibes… check this place out!

Great bbq food and amazing service! We ordered a take out and forgot it at the place and they remade it for us! So nice and the portions were so big. The pulled pork and garlic mashed potatoes was a fave

I found county line BBQ in Austin Texas years ago. I was so happy to see that we have one in albuquerque. Even though it’s a lot of the way for us the food is simply amazing. Full flavor full barbecue. I love their barbecue sauce it has that vinegar zing. The ribs are thick in fall off the bone with large portions. Definitely a place to stop if you love barbecue. And make sure you take home a loaf of warm bread you will not be disappointed

Our server Connor was great, but the kitchen staff needs some serious help. They completely screwed up 6 of the 8 plates MULTIPLE TIMES, and took an hour to bring them out, even though we were some of the first customers there. People who had been seated after us were served their food long before us. The “all you can eat” is a joke. They bring out mountains of coleslaw, beans, and potato salad, but then somehow forget to bring the meat. When they finally did, the portion was laughable. And seconds? Good luck. Our server had to keep checking on the status of our second order, and in the end, it never came. If it wasn’t for our server being kind and attentive, I would say this place would easily rank as the worst restaurant experience in my 38 years of living here. I was comped 50% off our meal for the horrible kitchen service, but even $18 for a few scraps of meat still isn’t worth it. My wife and I paid almost $70 after tip for two mediocre meals with two waters and no extras AFTER the discount on mine. I used to love County Line, but I definitely don’t recommend it anymore. Spend your money elsewhere.

Really good BBQ meats and homemade-style fare.
The queso and salsa were tasty with a kick of heat. I like that they serve the chips warm.
The beans were homestyle and good, though a bit on the salty side.
I had the brisket tacos, they came with the cheese on the side which did not melt well. I would have preferred corn tortillas over flour but they were still okay. The meat was delicious, which made up for the slight things I wasn’t huge on.
My lunch partner got (unpictured) the combo 2 meat with chicken and brisket with fries and Mac and cheese sides. They really enjoyed the meats and Mac and cheese though they thought the fries were a little undercooked, still edible though.
Service was really nice, especially for a place that wasn’t too busy at lunch time on a weekday. We will definitely be back again!

We made reservations for 8 people on the website because it Only allowed me to reserve a table for 8 (even though we needed 10) so I added in additional comments on the reservation page that we’ll need two extra chairs to accommodate the Total amount of people. Reservation is at 4:30, we arrived at 4:15 and get to our table only to find out they had it for 6. So we asked if they can put extra chairs. They did so and we were set. Our server Connor came and we all got our orders in at about 4:50. My brother and I both ordered the all you can eat with different meats and sides. Other tables around us are getting seated and after us and got their food before us. Most of our table got their food around 5:15, approx 30 minutes after ordering. We’re still waiting for our all you can eat…
About 5:30 45 min later, they bring our food And say we have to share one plate of meat for two people, got the sides wrong, and didn’t bring out my Mac and cheese. So we told them we ordered separate all you can eat orders. We had to wait another 20 minutes for them to bring another plate instead of splitting the first one. They said there’s a table of 125 guests and the all you can eat is gonna be slow. You should serve the people that were there first. I finally asked for a manager at 5:45.. he was ignoring our request to speak to him for almost an hour until 6:30 he finally came and we told him the issue. They gave us 50% off the two all you can eat but ruined the whole experience and dinner. Connor was great he did everything he could. As for the kitchen and the manager, you guys should be ashamed of yourselves and running a Saturday night rush like that is embarrassing. Horrible service from the kitchen to the management.

This place is a true gem! The service was excellent from start to finish, friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The staff work hard, and it shows in every detail, from the quick service to the warm smiles. The food was absolutely delicious. The brisket sandwich was tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The ranch and salsa were both excellent, fresh, creamy, and full of flavor that paired perfectly with every dish.

Katrina was amazing, so kind, helpful, and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend eating here if you’re inAlbuquerque. Great food, great people, and picturesque all around!
